Cannot say enough good things about Dr Rosen and the staff at Desert Eye. From my initial appointment to my Cataract Surgery, everything went so smoothly! Dr Rosen is very personable and explains everything in detail. I would easily return here if the need arises.

I went into Desert Eye Optical on El Dorado Place, to look for and purchase glasses. I met with Samantha she was very knowledgeable, helpful and took the time to help me, you are fortunate to have Samatha as your employee! Karen

If I could give this place a "zero," I most definitely would. I called and spoke to a technician before making an appointment to ensure the Schimers test was offered. I was advised it was, and that she would put me with Timmothy Mara and I scheduled. I had my previous records forwarded to Desert eye, which "dry eyes," was listed. I arrived, told the tech exactly why I made the appointment. She proceeded to place drops in my eyes and proceeded. Timmothy Mara then came in. He did not ask what brought me in, so I assumed he was informed. He continued with a regular eye exam, which I did not need, and stated, "See you next year." I informed him, that he needed to take the Schimers test, due to issues with my eyes, specifically my left eye. The previous Opthalmologist told me I had a Pinguecula in the right eye, just 7 months prior. I had to to advise him 3 times, to the point I literally had to ask him if he knew what he was doing. He then complied, put the strips in, left for 5 minutes, came back, and took them out. The left strip apparently was so dry, he asked, "Did you even have the left one in?" Yet, he scored the left eye with a 16, which is normal, and the right eye, higher. I asked him what was in my right eye, and he responded, "Nothing." Yet, it is very visible. He was extremely unprofessional, but the staff were friendly and professional.

Fantastic. Best case scenario. Cataract surgery prep, the surgery by Dr. Marra, and the follow-up care are excellent. No sour pusses in the whole bunch. Good folks.

Thank you for responding to my email. I get double vision with or without eye glasses when I tilt my head up. So I will stop tilting my head. I don't think this is serious.

I drove 40 minutes to the office for my 11:10 appointment At 12:10 I went up to the desk and then I was told their machine was down. O canceled today's appointment and one for next week. Very unprofessional.

Dr Felix Tacoronte is fantastic! Cataracts out new lenses in she did great job!

Doctor's and staff are great. Too bad they can't get proper staffing to have someone pick up the phone when trying to make a appointment. This has been on going for months.
