We had an absolutely amazing experience at Dr. Arjun Patel's optometry office. From the moment we walked in, everyone was so caring, patient, and welcoming. The entire team truly took their time with both my husband and me, making sure we felt comfortable, heard, and well taken care of.
Dr. Patel is incredibly thorough and kind, and you can genuinely tell that he and his staff care about their patients--not just their eyes, but the people behind them. We never felt rushed and were treated with so much warmth and respect; It honestly felt like being treated like family.
We are so grateful for the level of care we received and highly recommend this office to anyone looking for an optometrist who truly goes above and beyond.

When I arrived I filled out the regular first-time visit paperwork and didn't have to wait long before the tech started intake stuff like the imaging and eye pressures. Then met with Dr. Patel shortly after and he was very thorough and made sure I understood each part of the exam and my results. Overall, a very seamless process and great staff!
