Terrible experience getting here. Was late for appointment, was squeezed in. Office is loud and noisy, very small. The tech to the left of entrance has hideous laugh and talks too loudly. The receptionist next to Dr. Office is very nice but talks softly and is hard to hear after showing discreetly I wore hearing aides she still spoke softly. The Dr. and her assistant were great; did a wonderful eval and exam that was clearly explained. Gave alternatives to glasses and recommendations. Process was quick and thorough. Thank you for your exam.

Dr. Tammy Nguyen is absolutely amazing! She's understanding and really takes time to listen to your concerns. I never felt rushed and she explained my different options in contact lenses. The service very underwhelming. The doctor seemed to be in a great rush and wasn't really paying attention to what he was doing. I had to return my MK bifocal glasses last time because they had messed up the frame and then the replacement lenses cracked up to the point I could barely see out of them. I am very disappointed with the service.
