Dr. Lisa Lane and staff are friendly. You feel welcomed from the moment you meet the front desk associates. Dr. Lane was very informative. I didn't leave feeling like my questions were not answered.

I've been a patient of Dr. Lane for a number of years. I've always found her knowledge and willingness to help goes above and beyond other ophthalmologists I've seen in the past. I would highly recommend her to anyone for yearly checkups or emergency services.

Dr Lane did cataract surgery on both of my eyes and my vision is nearly perfect. She is an amazing doctor, took lots of time and answered all my questions. She and her staff were professional and very caring.

I highly recommend Dr. Lane. She took excellent care of me. Her staff were outstanding. I had a procedure in her office that went very smoothly. I will definitely be seeing her for all of my eye care in the future

Dr. Lane is professional, as well as really gifted! I needed both eyes treated, ( cataracts), due to age And previous traumatic injuries. Before Dr. Lane, I had been seen by Hodges and another firm, and both were worthless due to insurance issues etc. Arizona Eye Consultants DID EXACTLY WHAT THEY PROMISED, and did it well! I am 67 years old, and can see everything this world has to offer! Thank you Dr. Lane!

Do not use this facility or any other from this company. I have been dealing with them for 6 months. I went in for a yearly eye exam covered by my ins. They have done anything possible to try to suck extra money from me. Every call to them to try to resolve the issues. Ends with a different amount that I owe them for an eye exam covered completely by my ins. They are trying to suck money out of you any way possible. This is the opposite of transparent billing.

I went to Dr. Lane with a vision problem I had been having-severe stinging in my eyes, increased floaters (black and gray), light flashes, and blurry vision. I was really worried that I was losing my eyesight. I went in and had to wait a long time in the waiting room and then waited some more in the the back by the rooms. The technician then brought me into the room and proceeded to check my vision like they were fitting me for glasses-I told her my vision was so blurry that I couldn't even make out the largest letter and she proceeded to "heavy sigh" me and give me attitude several times when I couldn't tell her which of the lenses were better. Dr. Lane came in and checked my vision and didn't say much except that I was starting to form a cataract but that was not causing the problem. Never did find out what was causing the problem-and she left. But she gave a prescription for prednisone eye drops. Won't be back. I have a friend who literally went through the same thing as me recently and I found out more from her and what her dr. was telling her than I did from Dr. Lane-I will be going to my friends eye doctor from now on!

I was reading the previous review, my optometrist referred me to this place some time ago, and though I didn't see Dr Lane but another doctor, I completely agree with the comments by this person, these are exactly my feelings about this place, they operate in a kind of mass production style, they rush patients, don't talk to them which I consider to be a lack of respect to them. this place is all about making money, no concern for their patients. People at the front desk need some customer care training, some employees are on the borderline of being rude. I'm glad to see I'm not the only one who feels this way. Will never be in this place again, there is better options out there.
