Through the entire process they were very tentative, professional, friendly and made me feel really comfortable. I was getting tested for cataracts to evaluative if surgery would be needed, I took 2 tests and initially they dilated my eyes so I could take the first test then I went in to see Dr Friedmeyer and she did a little bit more analysis she was great and told me that I did need surgery with clear and concise instructions on what the process would be to move forward with the surgery. I will always go back to them if I ever need anything with my eyes they are very professional and I really appreciate how comfortable the staff and Dr. Friedmeyer made me feel.

After reading the positive reviews of Dr. Melanie McCarty, I decided to schedule a consultation. During our thorough discussion, I opted for a direct browlift and blephorplasty to enhance my peripheral vision. I had undergone a blephorplasty about fifteen years ago, and one of my eyes needed a touch-up. Scheduling the surgery was a straightforward process. The entire staff at Catalina Surgical Center was efficient in managing my appointments and ensuring I was well-prepared for the procedure. The surgery itself was conducted smoothly at the center. Follow-up appointments were scheduled to remove the sutures and provide instructions for additional aftercare to minimize scarring. I was thrilled with the results. During my second follow-up with Dr. McCarty, she examined the "finished product" and expressed her dissatisfaction with one of the eyes. She inquired if I was willing for her to perform a minor revision in their surgical suite on Farness Avenue. This follow-up procedure was performed under local anesthesia and completed in 45 minutes. A week later, I had the sutures removed, and I am delighted with the final result. Dr. McCarty's meticulous nature and commitment to high standards are evident in the final product. Dr. McCarty and her assistant, Jen, are absolutely wonderful to work with. She is caring and takes the time to address any and all questions I had. The staff at Eye Associates of Tucson, both at the Northwest and Eastside offices, are excellent to deal with. I highly recommend Dr. McCarty without any reservations. She is a compassionate doctor who genuinely cares about her patients.

Totally love these people. From the receptionists, and RJ - the Technician to Dr Shannon Friedmeyer, they are all such fabulous and wonderful people. I highly recommend Eye Associates and feel so supported and cared for regarding my eyes and sight. Thank you all - you are the BEST!

I went for post op follow up and was seen by a new doctor, not the one who performed the surgery. The visit was very short and although my vision was checked by a technician before I saw the doctor, I was not told the results, just that things were fine. I hope to get more of an idea of how my vision has changed, or not, when I go for the next follow up.

I saw Dr.Colerick as a follow up for a recent cataract surgery. It was a relatively brief but thorough appointment. Dr. Colerick answered my questions and he reassured me that Everything looked good post op.

I was so impressed with Dr. McCarty (brow lift 2025) and the professionalism and dedication of the staff at Eye Associates of Tuscon that I did not hesitate to contact them about my recent concerns about my toric implant. I just had an initial visit with Dr.Friedmeyer which was far beyond my expectations and I will soon be seeing surgeon Dr. Bakeman for his recommndations.
