I can't say enough wonderful things about Dr. Barrett and his amazing team at Eye Care for Animals! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with kindness and professionalism. It's clear that every member of this team is passionate about what they do and genuinely cares for their patients. Dr. Barrett is not only incredibly knowledgeable but also takes the time to explain everything in a way that is easy to understand, ensuring that I felt confident in the care my pet was receiving. His expertise in animal eye care is unmatched, and his calm, compassionate demeanor immediately put my pet (and me!) at ease. The entire team goes above and beyond, making what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and reassuring. They are attentive, efficient, and treat every animal as if it were their own. My pet is already showing remarkable improvement thanks to their care, and I couldn't be more grateful. 2025dec30 UPDATE: I received a follow up call in response to my initial review. This, I consider to be a very professional and genuine care for customer feedback; consequently, it shifted my perspective on the initial review. Additionally, I had blamed and incorrectly assessed the medication prescribed (refer to discussion below for more context). It was the correct amount of medication but it came with a leak. Nobody to blame but pharmaceutical statistics. I greatly appreciate the genuine customer care. It turned an almost bad experience to a great one. My rating is 4.5/5, but the system only allows whole numbers. Below is the initial, now void, review. I took my dog with an eye injury and was treated as if I was guilty of the accident. The eye drops my dog was prescribed had 0.5ml in the bottle. Taken four times daily. Each drop at circa 0.040ml, only lasted 3 days with no margin for error. I called to get a refill in two days. When I go pick up the refill, I have to order another refill. This is not professional at all. I am greatful my dog was treated, but the experience and the lack of knowledge on the prescription measurements were subpar.

Dr. Barrett and his staff are incredible. So knowledgeable and compassionate during difficult times. I highly recommend EyeCare for Animals.

I have been to ECFA many times with my dog, BeBe. I have never had a poor experience with doctors or staff. ALWAYS professional, friendly and thoughtful care. I have recommended them several times and continue to trust them to care for my pets.

I found this place on Google and chose them because of their great reviews. I was in and out for our appointment in no time. The entire staff were extremely friendly. Its never fun when you've gotta take your dog in to the vet. It's usually pretty stressful. They made it super quick, easy, and comfortable for my boy. I'm glad that I have them to take care of my boys eye needs moving forward

My dog is extremely reactive at the vet and I struggle to get him the care he needs because of it. He has developed some severe eye issues and I thought that I was going to have to have him sedated for exam, but the staff at Eye Care for Animals were very kind and patient. They made as many accommodations for him as they could, and because they were so calm and patient with him he actually allowed them to do the exam he needed. They even discovered that if they sat on the ground with him he was less stressed, so they do his exams sitting on the floor now. I am so grateful for this breakthrough and I can't find enough words to describe how beneficial this has been for my poor stressed out doggy and me.

The entire staff displayed care and compassion while my dog underwent an eye removal do to glaucoma. From beginning to end, the procedure was thoroughly explained to include after care. Excellent pricing. Do not hesitate to utilize their services.
