Eyeglass World

I have been wearing glasses since I was 41 years old. I have been to several places to get glasses. I went to eyeglass world here in Tucson last Thursday and made an eye appointment. While I was there, I looked at a ton of frames. The staff was so welcoming and took their time helping me pick out two pair of frames that I loved. They also have specials going on right now. Not only was the staff helpful, but the general manager, Anna Henley wanted to make sure that I was happy with the choices I made and was also very welcoming. I went to my eye exam with Dr. James Fabricant. He was so patient and so thorough explaining every process along the way. I felt so safe and confident, knowing that I was in the right place with the right people at the right time. I picked up my glasses last night and they came in a clear case along with a large lens cloth. On a sidenote, I love their mascot, Mr. world. I will refer everybody. I know that wears glasses or contacts to eyeglass world, and I will share all of this on Facebook as well. Bravo .........

What lovely customer service! The folks here were very friendly and helpful. An outside optometrist wrote me a prescription that wasn't quite right and they replaced the lenses with the new prescription at no cost to me. They have a pretty good selection and good prices to boot, with a very nice discount for a second pair. The gal was so patient with my toddler when I had to bring him in and let him play with her calculator to keep him occupied. I'm really glad I shopped here!

My daughter and I have been going to this location for years. I know that there are plenty of shops to choose from in the area, but we continue to visit Eyeglass World because: 1. Great prices 2. They have access to the machine that takes a picture to identify your prescription, which means they're more accurate. Finally, the customer service is consistently amazing. My daughter and I just had an issue so we called, and the general manager Ana helped us immediately. No questions asked. She prioritized care, saved us money, and she was just the best! I know websites like Zenni are often cheaper, but I don't think you can even compare the level of customer service and care.

Been a customer for years. The eye doctor i met with was awesome as always, explained what to be aware of with my vision, super kind and very informative. He was also speedy and accuate in adjusting my prescription. Luis that did the "eye machines" was also so kind. The ONLINE scheduling was not great. Made an appointment via their web scheduler which was confirmed via email but when I came in they said they had no record of it. Will just make sure to call to book next time. The gentleman in the front scheduled me for next day at the same time which worked out just fine for me. Appreciate everyone there for making things as smooth as possible.

Went here for the first time today. Everyone was really nice! The doctor was very thorough. It's my first time using contacts and they teach you how to put them in and take them out! I really appreciated that. Also, the selection of glasses is great! I got a pair of super cute ones!

I have been a customer of Eyeglass world for many years. I was there again in October 2025 for my eye exam. Dr. James Fabricant, O.D. is amazing. He does an exceptional job of making sure your eye exam is accurate. The entire team at Eyeglass world are professional and give exceptional customer service. I want to give kudos to the general manager, Anna and also Terra, Michael and Isabel and the entire team at Eyeglass world thank you so much for excellent customer service!

Been coming here for years. They're one of the few places open Sundays. Dr. Fab is the attending optometrist on Sundays and he is excellent. The support staff is always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The selection of eyeglasses is great and the prices are right.
