I went back in October to get a new prescription. I usually go to the one on oracle. And I made the mistake coming to the one on the east side.. The vibe was not it lemme tell you. Maybe it was just that day but I was not greeted in the best way and the optometrist tried to over charge me for my lens and I came in with my own frame. I'm going to continue going to the one on oracle. It's always such a vibe and I've been going since 2015

I've received great service from this location on several occasions. Particularly two people in the glasses sale section, Amaya and Belen were super helpful to adjust my glasses multiple times until they fit just right.
After receiving service several times to adjust my glasses, I also saw the doctor (unfortunately I can't remember her name), and she was awesome! She was very honest, straightforward and clearly knew a lot. For instance, I have a medical condition that affects my vision and requires a more complicated prescription with prisms. She was well aware of the condition and how it could affect vision.
I would and will definitely return here, both for eyeglass shopping and for vision check appointments.

First it took over 2 weeks because they didn't get it correct the first time, so the same day is false advertising. Finally get the glasses, and okay its been overcast so didn't expect the transition to be strong. I specifically asked for the transition lenses l it says it on the prescription yet the tech failed that as well. Only saving grace was there was a doctor on-site as opposed to the virtual used by others

Called this morning 15 days after paying for glasses for grandkids. I was checking on status the person who answered phone ask for name on order. I assumed she meant my wife's name since she paid for them. However she proceeded to tell me she wanted the grandkids names in a very rude manner. This after she put me on hold for quite some time. She then proceeded to argue with me. Finally I was told it would be another week for one of the kids glasses. That will now take us into three weeks. They told us two weeks at time of purchase. Will never use this company again as they seem hire people who don't realize who pays their salary.

Customer service was good. But I had the misfortune of going there on a Friday. The Dr. is only there two days a week. Well somehow my prescription was messed up. Was told I could only see the same Dr. Came back two weeks later, on Friday, and was told the Dr. was off. She needed some more time off. Damn, she only works two days as it is, and needed another day off!! Like I said in the beginning, customer service is good, the doctor ( the one on Wednesday and Friday)is not worth a DAMN. AT least they did refund my money.

On October 24th, I visited the Broadway location in Tucson to pick up my glasses. Unfortunately, I encountered unprofessional service from a saleswoman who showed a lack of respect. She was smug and dismissive while explaining the difference between single vision and progressive lenses, even though I had not requested this information. As a result of this experience, I will not be making any future purchases of glasses from Eyeglass World.ses of glasses from Eyeglass World.

I needed glasses on the spot. I scheduled an appointment for an eye exam and new glasses. The lovely woman at the front answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. She was very sweet and helpful. She made me feel more confident in my choice of glasses as well. The whole process took about an hour. The doctor was very transparent and thorough. I am a nervous Nancy when it comes to appointments but I felt comfortable and confident. They didn't take my insurance but it was still a great price for same day glasses.
