Nolan was the best eye professional I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I went to five different eyeglass shops in town today. All of them were scam artists trying to sell me things I don't need or tell me I have to do certain things because I have certain types of glasses. Many of them tried to overcharge me with some locations as high as $400 for just a set of replacement lenses. Nolan was fantastic. He listened to my concerns took good care of me, and gave me what I needed. Nolan got me out the door with a warranty for 160 bucks. Now that is service with a smile, going above and beyond, and taking care of their clients. That's why I'll keep coming back to this particular store. Not only for myself but my family and friends. Thanks again for the great experience, honesty, and clear cut service.

Everytime I've been to the store on Wilmot and Broadway the staff has always been very friendly and helpful. They strive to ensure the glasses fit comfortably. Their prices are very reasonable and they have a great selection of frames to choose from.

They have a jaw-dropping number of small frames for women (difficult to find anywhere). It's nice that the price is posted directly on each frame. The prices aren't as good as I had expected (unless you are will to settle for cheap, thick, plastic lenses instead of polycarbonate ones and you find $19.95 frames you actually like).
The person who assisted me with the order was a friendly guy but EXTREMELY PUSHY. He wanted to sell me everything but oceanfront property in Kansas. I kept saying no and he simply ignored me. By mid conversation, I had an overwhelming urge to get a roll of duct tape.
I was told my glasses would be ready in 10 days. They were, but nobody bothered to contact me. I scheduled time in my busy week to pick up the glasses when they were supposed to be ready. Due to an employee's incompetence, I didn't have time to get them for nearly another week.
At least the person who adjusted the frames was competent. Given the overall experience, I may not buy glasses here again.

When first coming to the store, you notice how clean and bright it is and we were helped immediately after getting our eyes tested. We went to pick out new glasses. Nolan was above and beyond kind and knowledgeable. Nolan explained in detail all the perks and non perks so i was aware of what i was purchasing. My whole interaction there with the employes was pleasing. I feel a lot of businesses have lost their customer service touch. But not here. The place was clean and had a veriety of glasses to choose from as well as different options for lenses. My glasses were ready in an hour. If I could give this place more stars, I would.
