My regular eye doctor, who is fantastic, saw a potential issue with my optic nerve and sent me specifically to Dr Zelaya at Tucson Eye Care to use some of their deeper view tech to make sure all was okay. Sure enough there was an issue that is being monitored. This practice is one I recommend highly. Dr Zelaya and his staff are incredible,

After my previous eye doctor retired, I transitioned to Dr. Zelaya's practice, where I received comprehensive and compassionate medical attention. He expertly diagnosed my cataracts and guided me through the surgical process with confidence. His skill and genuine care have earned my complete trust, making him my preferred eye care specialist. The entire office staff complements Dr. Zelaya's approach, creating a welcoming and competent medical environment that puts patients at ease.

Recently started seeing Dr. Zelaya for regular eye checkups. Everyone from receptionist to assistant to the Doctor was courteous, respectful and knowledgeable. Office was clean aesthetically pleasing and calming. Wait time was very reasonable. I'm confident in their assessments of my eyes & very pleased with the care they've given me. Although it seems busy at times, they still handle their clientele with respect. I look forward to a long relationship with Tucson Eye Care team and Dr. Zelaya for all my eye care needs.

A very professional and thorough annual eye exam! Dr. Zelaya explained everything he was testing and why and answered any concerns! Very good communicator! I love everyone at this office. All are caring, professional and friendly. Dr. Z is the best ..he listens to you and explains his care plans. I must say that Michelle, who did my testing for Dr. Z, went out of her way to console me on one of my worst days. While testing, I had mentioned that I lost my phone the day before and was inconsolable. She gave me a hug and unbeknownst to me, was calling the store where I lost it. She got thru and my phone was found! She advised I would be out soon to get it. I was so overwhelmed at her kindness and going beyond her professional duty. She changed my day, made me so happy and grateful there are people like her in the world. All this while still getting her job completed. I am greatfully typing this review on my "found" phone. Also, another Michelle in the office is very nice about confirming my appointment and giving directions. I appreciated it very much being a senior citizen. Thank you all at this office.

Dr Zelaya was on time, very thorough, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, gave me time to ask questions. Office staff was friendly, accommodating, informative! I highly recommend! I'm always very satisfied with my overall care.

Dr. Zelaya is very thorough,clear, leaves space for questions. I highly recommend him. He gave fantastic emergency care to my husband, over and beyond! We are so appreciative. The stuff is outstanding as well.
