What a great experience! The staff was welcoming, friendly and efficient and Dr Penrod was professional yet warm and friendly at the same time. I think she was the most competent eye doc I've ever seen (no pun intended). I highly recommend Dr Pernod and her staff.

I've moved here from another state. I've seen an ophthalmologist for many years, but am not at all acquainted with any doctors in this area. Because -- Well Costco -- I called to schedule an eye checkup before getting glasses and found that Dr. Haley Penrod is a gem! She is very comfortable with new patients, and with significant eye diseases. I need to find an ophthalmologist and she was able to recommend one for the various eye needs that I have. The eye exam went very smoothly, and she helped me to know why I've had such difficulty getting my glasses to fit my seeing needs, which I've struggled with several optical departments for many years. I didn't need to wait at all to see Dr. Penrod. As soon as I finished the initial paperwork they called me to begin the exam, and Dr. Penrod was ready for me immediately. She is very personable, very skilled, able to clearly explain things and a pleasant person. Please don't hesitate to contact Dr. Penrod for you vision needs.

I loved Dr. Haley Penrod. She's super friendly, concise, and knowledgeable. My experience at Simpli Eye Care was very pleasant, as the staff were all efficient and kind. Will definitely be going there from now on. :)

I'm not great at getting regular eye exams, but I will admit that when I do I always get lucky with the best eye docs at Costco. Dr. Penrod saw me this last visit, she was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and thorough. I didnt wait more than a few minutes for her as she was also professional, timely, and affordable. Years ago I met another great eye doc at Costco, she runs a specialty clinic now, and I was not surprised to learn that this other great doc, Dr. Penrod also works with Dr. Thomas. I guess the good docs tend to flock together. I saw her for Costco prices, and the quality of her care was worth far more than I paid. I'll be back and I've already told people to go see Dr. Penrod. Thanks again Doctor for your help, clear vision is fantastic lol.

Dr Penrod was absolutely charming. There was no wait time. She was very professional and friendly. She also gave me tips on vision and explained everything thoroughly. I left her office feeling great.

She is very good at checking your eyes to make sure you have the best vision possible. I am always happy with my appointment. And I can shop after my appointment. Very happy I had my eye appointment with Dr. Penrod.

Dr. Penrod was incredible! She took care to get me the best Rx for my aging eyes! She also explained the current status of my eyes with the ocular photographs taken during this visit. I had seen the now-retired Dr Nanni for years, but am thrilled that Dr Haley Penrod is the new Costco eye doctor! Thank you Dr Penrod!

I'm so impressed with Dr Pernod and the staff at this office. Dr Penrod took her time doing the exam, explaining all the options, answering all my questions thoroughly and professionally. I plan to return for future exams and any needs regarding my vision and highly recommend her.
