I felt like Dr. Gill took his time during my exam to explain the results of the various tests (retina scan, peripheral vision test, etc) and he didn't rush me through when comparing the different lenses to fine tune my vision prescription. I've been going to LensCrafters for years, usually the one on Oracle (outside of the Tucson Mall). Since that location was being remodeled, I visited the Tucson Mall LensCrafters this time, and I'm so glad I did! From start to finish, it was a 10/10 experience. The receptionist was attentive, Doctor John Matthew Gill was incredibly thorough and listened when I explained that my last prescription hadn't worked for me.
