From moment I walked in the sign in was fast. When I was called in the mefical assistant was very polite, courteous, good smile and very patient.After he was done he directed me to where saw Dr Kaplan. I was amazed with her and the nurse that was with Dr Kaplan treated me just as well. I was very impressed with the way they explained everything about my condition. Dr. Kaplan is such a wonderful, caring doctor. She is also very thorough with her exams and imaging. I was a first time patient and she listened to me and explained my conditions. I never felt rushed and was there quite awhile. She is extremely knowledgeable in her expertise of glaucoma. She made me feel at ease ( which can be hard for me). We need more thoughtful doctors like her that treat each case differently and truly want the best for their patients. She speaks in a calmly manner. I can't say enough positive feedback about her. Her medical assistants are fantastic too as well as office staff. I would highly recommend Dr. Kaplan for your eye needs. A true professional.

She was awarded Honors in Medicine and Surgery while attending Mount Sinai School of Medicine in Manhattan, New York, and completed residency at Long Island Jewish Medical Center in New Hyde Park, New York. Dr. Kaplan is a fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and a member of the Tucson Society of Women Physicians. She is a diplomat of the American Board of Ophthalmology.
