I have been going here for over 18 years now! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable! They make you feel so welcomed! Dr. Reichardt really takes her time to make you feel comfortable and listened to. She answers any questions have with easy. I am always pleased with the help you receive from picking out the perfect frames and helping you stay within your budget while doing so! I highly recommend her and her staff for all your eyeglass and contact needs!
We have been seeing Dr Reichardt for our two young kids for about two years. She is so amazingly patient and kind and knows exactly how to work with kids. We have been to another place that was absolutely awful, and she is hands down better in every way. We recommend her to anyone with children. We have never had to wait long, the place is always clean, and the staff is kind.
I cannot overstate how wonderful Dr. Reichardt is. I had stopped wearing multifocal contacts a couple years ago because they just weren't working for me. Dr. Reichardt examined my eyes and took the time to listen to my issues with the previous lenses. She got me in a new lens and they were close to perfect. One small tweak a couple days later and I'm wearing contacts full time again! I'm thrilled.
I went in and requested an eye check up for contacts and at first they seemed great it was my first time there. I got my eye exam and on the way out I was provided a prescription on a little business card. They did provide me a trial pair of contacts. They charged me for my eyes glass prescription also when I only went in for contacts. With no follow up from the doctors office I made a new appointment because the contacts were not fitting right. The night before my appointment the doctor office called and asked if I was available to go in earlier I said yes. I got to my appointment 15 minutes early and waited 1 hour granted I did show up 15 mins early so they seen me 45 mins after the time they rescheduled me for like why you should've just kept me at my original appointment time. As I was waiting I asked if I can get my eye glass prescription since I was told they charged me for it. I they began to write the prescription on a business card I noticed it was the same one I had received before and let them know that the lady began to argue with me and i explained to her the reason I only came in for contacts and that's the prescription I already she said no that is my eye glass prescription. After clearing up the confusion I was finally called back. They doctor said by the way this is a doctor visit and I would be charged an additional office fee as if she was trying to make me aware as if no one else had informed me of this fee because i wasn't. I would have had no problem paying the fee if I was told when I made the appointment. The fee was because it had been a long time since I had been in initially which remember the doctor never followed up to see if the contacts were working or not and maybe to schedule a follow to get it right. As I began to explain to the doctor my frustrations dealing with there office from miscommunication and having to wait after they asked me to come in earlier to now the fee that no one had told me about she seemed uncomfortable as if she does not like the confrontational aspect of the business she kept telling me to lower my voice but I naturally have a higher tone voice and we were in a room that just echoed my voice which made it seem louder. She said I had signed a form saying if too much time had elapsed I would be charged for an office visit so I requested for that form. She did not provide it to me. She said she would mail it to me. I have not received that letter. When leaving that day I was under the impression I would be receiving a trial pair that she would be ordering. She said that she would email me when it had come in along with the letter to this day. I still have not received it. What I have received was a prescription for the trial pair I requested so I have reached out to the doctors office a few times. The first lady said she would give me a call back when she had an update if the trial had come in, she never called me back. I called the following day and she said the reason why she didn't call me back is cause it was not there so she said she would call me when they came in I said I would call Wednesday the following week But I gave them additional time so I called Saturday and as I was putting a hold to get the status of where my contacts were. The lady returns on the phone and says the doctor has decided to discontinue care for me and that the prescription was mailed to me along with the certified letter. so I paid for a service in full and I am not getting the service that I paid for she said you did because you received the prescription. I said the doctor explained to me that I would receive a trial pair and if it worked for me or did not work for me, we would either get a new trial pair or we would confirm the one that did work and be given the prescription. I never confirmed to her that any prescription that was given to me or trial I was given to me had worked. They say that they completed the service but per the doctors words and what the service included was not complete cause I never confirmed any of the prescription trial pair contacts worked.

My PCP sent me in for a last minute appt to get evaluated for an eye infection. Dr. Reichardt was immediately warm, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable the entire appointment. She quickly diagnosed my problem, was willing to answer all my questions and was thorough in explaining her process every step of the way. I will be making her my permanent eye doctor! Could not have had a better experience, and cash pay is very affordable as well.
Typically I don't put a lot of thought into who does my own eye exams, but when it came time to chose an eye doctor for my toddlers first eye exam, I knew I needed to seek out a doctor who knew how to perform eye exams on young, squirmy children. There seems to be only two eye doctors in all of Tucson who specialize in pediatric eye exams. I ended up choosing National Eye and Ear of Tucson (NEET) because Dr. Reichardt was rated so highly and specializes in pediatric eye care.
Because my husband and I also were due for our annual eye exams, we scheduled three appointments for the same day with Dr. Reichardt. From beginning to end, I was very impressed with everything. When we arrived before our scheduled appointment time, we were directed to a restroom to wash our hands before filling out the necessary paperwork. I appreciated this because let's face it, germs are everywhere, C19 is still a thing, and I don't like touching pens and clipboards that a bajillion other people have touched.
The eye tech was wonderful. They performed the pre eye exam tests on my husband and me and did a great job. Then it was time to see Dr. Reichardt. She was so incredibly welcoming and had a nice and sunny disposition. She performed my eye exam and did not try to upsell me on dilation as she did not see any evidence in my eyes for that being necessary. My last eye exam was at a chain eye store, and they convinced me to pay an extra $80 to get the eye X-ray some places do in lieu of dilation, before even having seen the eye doctor. I appreciated that this eye clinic does not engage in that practice and realize now that the last two years I had that extra procedure done was unnecessary and just a gimmick to make more money.
Dr. Reichardt did the exam on my toddler next, and she was amazing with her. My toddler has a lot of energy and is very curious about everything and it can be hard to get her to sit still and to not touch things. The Dr. handled her strong personality with ease, and was able to determine that my toddler had astigmatism in both eyes, even though my toddler barely sat still for a second.
As for the glasses, they have a huge selection. This clinic does try ons a little different than other places. I'm used to just being able to grab what I like and try stuff on, but here they have a person who selects some glasses for you and you try them on while seated at a table, and whatever you don't like goes in a clear tub. As you try on glasses and set aside the ones you like and don't like, the person helping gets a sense of what you're looking for. They have lots of glasses in the back that are not on display, and the woman who helped us was very quick in picking up on the style of frame I typically like.
At first this, I thought the process for trying on frames was weird, but I quickly realized they do it this way because the glasses that are tried on are later sanitized before being put back out for display. I hadn't even considered how germy glasses get with so many people trying them on, but it kind of grosses me out now to think about it.
Ultimately though, we only purchased our daughter's glasses at this clinic, as my husband and I only get new frames every other year, so getting glasses at this clinic was out of our budget. Next year though, I hope to find some frames I like at NEET, because I'm certain they would do an outstanding job with the prescription, plus they have a great warranty, where if your prescription changes within 6 months or less from your last eye exam, they'll replace the lenses for no cost. I did end up taking my prescription to a chain eyeglass place and buying some cheapie frames, and the prescription seems spot on.
TLDR: Great experience from start to finish, Dr. Reichardt is great with young kids, clean office and sanitary practices, and great selection of frames with a great warranty. Highly recommend!

My family has been using Dr Reichardt for years and we continue to go back. So natually when my eyes started to have some irritation I scheduled the first appointment they had.
My experience was quick and pleasent. They were ahead of schedule and very helpful. I left with a complete eye exam, review of my eye health and answers for my eye irritation.
Thanks to the whole team that makes the possible!
Dr Reichardt has been my go to person for many years when it comes to my eye care. It has not been routine over the years as I am now 74 yo. She has been very attentive on the follow up from seeing other specialists. Highly recommend her and her support staff.
