I drove 2 hrs to this location and was met by negative energy and a very rude and unhelpful front desk representative. They required me as the patient to call to verify coverage again, after speaking with them yesterday on the phone to verify coverage. And when I did that, the front desk representative told me to "just hang up" and she would do it herself.., I was very disappointed in the customer service at this location and will never return.
