Friendly, good-humored, and helpful staff. I felt that I was able to get much better contacts than the ones I was prescribed by another doctor a while back. Very responsive to my questions, and they didn't mind that I took forever to pick out a frame I liked. Overall, great experience!

The ladies at the front desk were kind and polite. She called our insurance carrier to ensure benefits were all set. Dr. Cross was personable and explained everything thoroughly.

We were at this store for our yearly eye checkup and new glasses today. It's a new venue for us. Abril, the technician was so nice and efficient. Dr. Cross was pleasant, patient and professional and gave good advice on our eye care. Alec, the Assistant Manager is a real joy. He's so helpful and knowledgeable and assisted me in choosing the right frame for my face. We are so thankful for his honesty, his advice, help and professionalism. He made us very comfortable and earned our trust. They are truly a great asset to our organization! Thank you for great care and service. The Warners

The manager CELINA MAYA is terrible, rude and nasty!!!!!! I came in for an appointment was early yet I waited and she tried to kick me out!!!!! She yelled at me infront of staff and other patients so I yelled back cause why do you think it's ok to talk to people like that?????? I was still seen by the nurse and doctor who were really nice and apologetic I will never go back again!!!!!! -Terry My mom was explaining that she had an appointment the other day and my dad has insurance I'm assuming they didn't take or whatever and my mom still payed out of pocket for the exam. I'm assuming they didn't check if she had insurance or if they even asked her about insurance cause nothing was explained to her is what my mom says. My dad was patient but also said that the staff was rude to mom and they won't be coming back due to the managers attitude. My mom waited patiently and got to her appointment early and she still waited sometime after. Everyone was nice but the manager who looks nasty and miserable is what mom said. I wasn't there with my parents but next appointment I will because of this interaction. Why would you talk to an elderly lady like that but infront of staff and infront of other people???? That manager Celina needs some serious help and we won't be coming back because of this interaction.

Best experience getting glasses Lucia was very helpful helping me get my insurance information with little to go on and Celina, Janelle Alex were super helpful helping pick out the right frames and the right lenses all of them answered my questions when I had them very I'm. Very grateful they guided me through the whole process!

RUDE STAFF AND RUDE DOCTOR! Went in for my exam and receptionist "couldn't find my insurance" but magically found it after checking again. Went in to do some protesting with the girl and she was nice but then I went in next with Dr.Cross that and that guy was rude and arrogant! Tried asking questions, didn't get answer, was rushed out and didn't feel like I got a good eye exam. I swear I was in and out in less than 5 minutes when protesting took at least 15 minutes. Ordered glasses anyway and the guy who helped me was really cool. I just didn't have a good experience with the doctor and I won't be coming back to see that specific doctor.

The staff and Dr. Cross did a great job. My family and I, all come to this location for our vision needs and always leave happy and well taken care of!

This place is terrible they're closed 90% of the time they call you and tell you your glasses are ready and then they're closed for the next day so you can't pick them up. Half the time it takes 3 weeks or more to even get your glasses although they tell you it should only take a week.
