Nationwide Vision

I love this location. Been coming here a long time. Dr Moseley is always so friendly and kind..and remembers me. Melinda has also been the friendliest and helpful in her interactions with me. They are always complimentary and greet you when you walk through the door. They've taken such good care of me that I don't have to go back for two years! I extend the biggest and heartfelt thank you to this store and their entire staff.

This location provided quality service. I was very impressed with the optometrist Dr. Moseley was very thorough and polite in explaining my current vision and needs for correcting it. I appreciated having the option of Digital Retinal Imagining over having my eyes dilated. It was only $44 for this imagining. I recommend everyone have that done, especially if you haven't been to an optometrist in several years like me. The front desk staff were very polite and accommodating. Overall, this is a very good location for vision services.

This location has a serious front desk and scheduling issue, and judging by the reviews, it has been going on for a long time. The front desk staff were rude, dismissive, and openly unprofessional, but the appointment scheduling is where this office completely fails. I was given misleading information about appointment times, experienced unnecessary delays, and was treated as if my time did not matter at all. There was zero accountability and no attempt to communicate clearly or respectfully. This is a medical office. Patients schedule appointments expecting professionalism, accuracy, and basic courtesy -- none of which were provided here. The way scheduling is handled feels disorganized at best and negligent at worst. After my experience, I read the reviews for this location and realized this is clearly a pattern, not a one-off issue. Multiple patients are describing the same front desk behavior and the same scheduling problems, which points directly to poor management and lack of oversight. Because of this experience, I will be reporting this location and contacting Nationwide Vision corporate to file a formal complaint. This level of dysfunction and disrespect toward patients should not be tolerated, especially when it has been repeatedly documented. I strongly recommend choosing a different Nationwide Vision location unless significant changes are made to staffing, training, and appointment scheduling at this office.

The staff were awesome. My Dr was super nice and very informative. She took the time to answer my questions and explain to me everything in detail. This was my first experience here and it went great.

My son doesnt do his exams here but we get our glasses from here. I'm so DONE going to this location. They have poor customer service. They're never welcoming. They give dirty looks or have something "SLICK" to say. It's CRAZY!! Go to Campbell, they're so nice! Even camino seco location they're very welcoming and have no problem helping you out

My glasses had broken and Melinda was helpful from the moment I walked in. Melinda took down my info, found a comparable pair of glasses, and had my replacements within a week. Great and friendly every step of the way. Thank you Melinda

I HAD a very pleasant experience at Nationwide Vision last week. The front desk was truly tremendous and they got me into my appointment right on time. The two Doctors that did my exam were very nice. IT was all topped off by Anna who explained all my options. So I am looking forward to being a Nationwide Vision customer. Had a 3:10 appt and arrived at 3:07 and was denied my scheduled appointment time because I didn't come earlier. She also told me each appt can take up to an hour then told me they are scheduled 10 minutes apart. So good luck getting in with that algorithm. Not returning. I was told to "have a nice day" when I walked out.
