Nationwide Vision

We've had such a great experience here! Every single person--from the front desk to the team helping us choose and check out my son's prescription glasses--has been absolutely amazing. Every interaction has been positive, friendly, and genuinely caring. It's so refreshing to visit a place where all the employees go out of their way to make you feel welcome and taken care of. Highly recommend!

Maria is extreme courteous, helpful, kind, and goes above and beyond to help her customers. There should be more people like her serving the community. I wish there was a way to clone her. And she is extremely kind and helpful to children as well. I have gone to other Nationwide vision stores and have been treated rudely and coldly. I will be coming here from now on. Thank you very much Maria, thank you for being so kind to my grandsons.

It took 3 weeks to get my glasses back. The glasses are not the color that I ordered. The width AND the shape of the lenses are noticibly asymmetrical. The glasses are not centered on my face bc ends of the center piece are different. The craftsmanship on the glasses is poor and it's insulting that they would release them to me. When I tried on the white crystal glasses the first time I "wow-ed" the sales woman. So we ordered those bc nothing else compared to that reaction. I'm currently wearing a pair of PINK AND PURPLE crystal glasses that are sloppy craftsmanship. I'm "wow-ed" too!!!! Unbelievable. You would think I would notice I was picking out purple and pink as opposed to white crystals...easy mistake to make in fluorescent light???? The glasses cost over $300 and I had to pay out of pocket, as well. I have been doing business with Nationwide for almost 2 decades. I have 3 children who wear glasses. I've never had this type of issue with them. I wonder how long it takes to correct this and I wonder if I'll get the white crystal glasses that I ordered or if they only have two options instead of the 4 they had 3 weeks ago. I have serious anxiety right and I've had it for hours now. My other glasses are broken so the turn around time is concerning...and the staff knows this. I showed them my old glasses.

Everyone is wonderful and Amazing. They all have been extremely helpful and kind since the first time I walked in 2 years ago. They took their time during my eye exams which is Really Important to me and listened to all of my concerns. 10 out of 10 hands down! - David Christian

Yesterday was my first time visiting Nationwide at the Arizona Pavilions in Tucson. The staff seemed to be friendly and responsive. I ordered two pairs of glasses and was told up front it would take three weeks for them to arrive. More to come...

They were friendly and quick. I accidentally bent the bow on my glasses and they fixed them in a couple of moments. They didn't charge me for the repair.

Overall this office is nice and welcoming. That's why I left the 2 stars. Front staff was kind and helpful. I would not recommend Dr. Setlock for children. Or anybody for that matter. Because after our experience today I would not want her as my Dr either. She was very impatient with my 6 year old during his exam. Was very rude to the point I had to tell her she was being rude. Will definitely drive the extra 20 min to the Oro valley office next time.

the staff was nice, that is why this location is getting two stars from me. they checked my eyes and wrote me a prescription. I purchased two sets of glasses, one for computer distance and one for reading. the computer distance glasses we worse than my natural eyes. no mater how close or far I got from the screen, the vision was worse. the readers were better that my naked eye but still verry blurry. my $5 pair of readers from Amazon worked better than their prescription. After less than a week of ownership and not being able to use the glasses I decided to return them. that is when I am told there is a $40 restocking fee for each pair! so I purchase two pars for just over $100, then they want to charge $80 to return them!? B.S. I will not be coming back to this place and i advise others to look around as well. with the, not being able to see with my "New" glasses to an unreasonable restocking fee, trust me there are much better options out there.
