and very helpful with my situation. I hadn't expected the amount of out of pocket cost would be as high as it was. He was patient and helped me pick out a reasonably priced frame that suited my face. After the transaction he helped me by "tuning up" my old frames that were loose and also the replaced the nose pads.

Fast appointment, no wait, and best of all was covered by my insurance. Dr cope saw me virtually but had some really great technology to take pictures of my eyes and perform a thorough assessment. Brought in some frames I got for Black Friday and they sent out to have lenses placed, I saved a ton of money.

Only reason I'm giving a 2 star review, instead of a 1, is because the actual eye doctor was the only one with any professionalism/courtesy during my 90minute wait. The "appointment" was scheduled for 0855, but they don't even open until 0900, and when I asked about my appointment , the receptionist gave a bland "it's at 0910," response. After watching one of the techs (not sure their actual job title) walk in, late, with a Burger King bag in her hand and making the first customer wait while she ate her food, I had to step out due to frustration. At about 0950, I was called back and finally, at around 1030, I left after being told it'll be about two weeks for the new glasses, (wasn't communicated at all, prior, until I paid), so now I wait; if my insurance didn't cover everything, I wouldn't have wasted my morning. Go somewhere else

the girl at the front desk i think her name was Page (?) really helped me find a good pair of glasses, the ones i had made me look cross eyed but by the end of my appointment i looked like Anne Hathaway in the princess dairies! great staff !!
