I needed my glasses prescription and somehow walked out of there with glorified readers on Gucci frames. Which are also crap, if you're wondering. I would never come back here. I'm probably ruining my vision even worse using these, so I am going to have to go somewhere new and pay all over again, without insurance covering this time. Steer clear. Not worth the ease of being in Rita Ranch.

This was my second time choosing Nationwide Vision for my annual eye exam, and I'm really happy with the experience. I appreciate that they offer the image test as an alternative to the dilation drops -- it's much more convenient. The doctor was very helpful and she took the time to answer all of my questions. It was also great to leave with my glasses prescription already ordered, thanks to their good selection of frames, fair pricing, and flexible prescription options.

I do not have anything pleasant to say about this business OTHER than this review has NOTHING to do with the Doctor. He is and was pleasant any time I have dealt with him. The staff here are beyond rude. They don't listen to a complaint about being given an incorrect prescription. Even calling for a simple request to obtain the most recent prescription (after it was corrected) turned into the employee being rude. Because of the staff here I will NEVER return.
