Nichols Katrina OD

I've been seeing Dr Cheryl now for what feel like forever (probably about 10 years), and always look forward to my appointments. I first met her when she was working at Hodges Eye Care, and have followed her to her new practice. I must say she is simply the best! It always takes me some time to find PCP and other healthcare providers because I need to feel I have a connection with them. With Dr Cheryl not only do I feel we can a connect but she is just awesome at her job! I really can't think of a complaint if I wanted to. I certainly feel welcome, special, and appreciated when I walk into Arizona Primary Eye Care. The staff is all women (kind of a fun atmosphere) and they are all happy and friendly. I have made the mistake of taking my prescription and getting glasses at one of the discount type places (I don't need to tell you where). And never ever will I make the mistake again. You truly get what you pay for; better products service, and the opticians actually know what they are doing. It's nice that they take the time to explain things, and make the proper adjustments. I didn't get that at the local BARGIN optical. My entire family comes here now and they too have had nothing but good experiences. Wish I could give more than 5 stars!

Dr Nichols was absolutely awful to my mother. She violated HIPPA rights, & Dr/patient confidentiality, then called my mom stubborn! This Dr is so rude, arrogant, and cares about protecting her fellow Dr friends, and not her patient. A complaint will be filed with the AZ Board of Optometry

I've been with Dr. Schmitt for at least 5 years now...she has taken such good care of me. She worked hard to find me contacts that suited me, and brought me through a terrible eye ulcer. She is so kind and such a sweet person. My whole family goes to her. I would hands down recommend her to anyone :)

Friendly office, no long waiting time, good selection of glasses and contacts, reasonable prices including an economy package for progressive lenses and daily wear contacts.
