I got my eye exam done here. The doctor was absolutely amazing and he was very knowledgeable and friendly made the whole thing very pleasant. The staff were also really awesome they were very upbeat and friendly and willing to accommodate. Probably one of the best customer service experiences I have had at an optometrist. The only drawback is that they ran my insurance incorrectly so I paid a larger copay than I was supposed to. This was in part my fault for not having my insurance card with me. Other than that really great service and expertise.

I had quite possibly the best experience for an eye exam. I don't enjoy doctor visits , dentist visits or any sort of exam really but the doctor was very funny and sweet and made it an amazing visit . The workers also all were lovely and helped me find the perfect glasses .

I have been using Optical Image at Park Place Mall for several years. There are cheaper places you can go to purchase your glasses but you will not find a higher quality lens anywhere else. The lenses from optical image are incredible! I have been wearing glasses for 50 years and these are the best.
