Really great thorough service from the eye exam through the selection and purchase of glasses. Even though it was really busy, I was made to feel like I was the only customer, I was never rushed and all of my questions were answered honestly and completely. I was quite impressed . I had double booked 2 events in error. It was too close to cancel. I cancelled one and the eye doctor got me in sooner. My appointment was on time. Dr was on time. Very nice guy. Once I left the exam area I was given to one of the eyeglass sales staff.
That hardly ever happens. I took my time and looked. They were there to help me when I asked
I did pick out some glasses that I really like.
I will continue going to this location as the others never seem to have enough staff to help like this location did.

At first, I thought they only had expensive frames, but Brianna number 961379 steered me towards the inexpensive frames. She was very experienced in her job. Help me find the best deal I could get with the insurance I had. I would say she was the best part of my time at LensCrafters. I can't wait to pick up my glasses in a couple weeks.
