It was as good as getting blasted in the eye with angry air puffs could be lol. In all honesty, the staff was great and Dr. Lonnat was fantastic. Everything was quick and well explained. 10 out of 10 will definitely go back in another 1-6 years (hoping the former if I remember)

Dr Loonat was available to see me the same day I had an incident occur concerning me about my eye health -- for which I am very grateful. He has the latest technology to obtain all the pertinent & salient information needed to make an accurate & swift diagnosis. His efficiency was surpassed only by his personable manner. He provided me with eye-care education in easy to understand & remember terms. What's more I walked out with a new prescription confident in the care I'd received. Can't recommend Dr. Loonat enough. A scary moment turned into a pleasant experience. Glad we met!

Dr. Loonat was easy to talk to and very professional. He explained every step of the appointment. I understood my lens correction, where I stood along the cataract spectrum, and what we were looking for when assessing the health of my retinas. A really comfortable optometrist appointment!

Great experience all around. Staff was friendly and professional. Dr. Loonat was excellent. He listened carefully to my questions and issues and addressed everything. Also very friendly and professional. Highly recommended. I'd like to add a follow up. I was not 100% on my new glasses, so I stopped in to check with Dr. Loonat. He checked the prescription in the glasses and said it was correct. So then we went through the whole exercise again of setting the prescription, and low and behold it came out exactly the same as the first time! We had talked about the beginnings of a cataract in my right eye (where the issue was), and this has been a problem the last few years with the vision not being as perfect as I would like. For now this is as good as it will get. (I'm in my 60s and I have extreme near and far-sightedness.) Good news, he informed me that come time to get a lens put in my eye, they now have complete progressive lenses! This at no cost to me with his full and excellent attention.

Dr. Raees Loonat is the most enthusiastic and helpful optometrist I've ever had the pleasure of meeting! I am used to optometry offices being grumpy places with doctors who wish you hadn't made the appointment in the first place. That was not the experience here! I felt very welcomed here and Dr. Raees Loonat was very knowledgeable!

That's how I like to be treated by a medical professional: no unnecessary jargon, just straightforward facts; no highly complicated computerized tests (so that you think you get your money's worth) when a simple check with hand gestures suffices; no 'we need to keep checking in on you in 6 months again' when everything is fine and the prescription has not changed enough to warrant new lenses. Great experience, he'll be my OD going forward!

It was my first meeting with Dr. Loonat who replaced Dr. Nanni. My first impression of Dr. Loonat was very positive in all aspects: professionalism, clear communication, friendliness, humbleness, and diligence. I am looking forward to working with Dr. Loonat for many years.
