watch them on prices they charge. inconsistent info. not transparent. if u ask a lot of ques. for clarity, they don't want your business. ask for a menu of standard prices first with upgrade prices. make sure receipts match charges shown minus any discounts:ins. coverage u have. ask for itemized estimate B4 u agree to pay. shady.

Friendly and very professional in all aspects of the vison care visits. Explanations about the glasses lens types was very thorough and helpful in deciding the types of glass/coating/and processing to choose. Particularly happy that after over 50 years of a double-vision problem, the doctor quickly added prismatic optics to my correction and instantly cured my slight double vision. No one else could or would do that and now I can see without eye strain from parallax effects of glasses.

Went in for a routine eye exam. Dr. Fuhr was great. Unfortunately my appointment was made with Dr. Baim and I was not informed it was a different optometrist seeing me. The equipment used for the pretesting (eye pressures etc) was not wiped down and not checked beforehand. There was orange makeup residue on the chin rest from the prior patient and I had to request it to be cleaned. At the end of the visit, felt staff did not want to adjust my glasses, essentially felt dismissed for wanting my frames adjusted. Did not purchase anything because I did not feel customer service was up to par.

Dr Benjamin Fuhr did an eye exam on 26June. He was extremely thorough, professional, and friendly. In fact, the entire staff at Silverbell Eye Center was professional and friendly. My wife and I will continue to use this business from now on as it's much closer to our home. I could not have been more pleased with Dr. Fuhr.
