My overall experience was not the best. The positive things about this clinic is it appeared clean and sanitary. Also the woman at the front desk is very welcoming. I don't remember her name but she was amazing. The Doctor (Dr. Teeple) and his assistant seemed professional but I wouldn't say warm or welcoming. This was my 1st visit to an eye doctor so I wasn't familiar with the process. The assistant administered numbing drops into my eyes without explaining why or why they were needed. After she administered the numbing drops she left the room but I began feeling numbness in my mouth. I left the room to find her but didn't see her anywhere. She also made comments that she didn't see anything wrong with my eye which felt a bit dismissive of my concerns. The Doctor seemed professional however he didn't have the warm bedside manner that I'm accustomed to in doctors. He also didn't explain anything he was doing with me which left me feeling completely clueless on what was happening. I left that appointment still unclear about my initial concerns or what caused it.

I had something in my eye and I was able to get in on short notice. Friendly staff. Dr. was able to fix my issue and I was on my way. I would recommend . Thank you.

Excellent service! The women at the front desk were very welcoming and professional! I was treated like a human being. With respect and dignity. Dr explains everything to you and speaks TO YOU not at you or down to you. Very nice man. Very was on the eyes as well lol (it's a plus) if you need your eyes checked out? I highly recommend!

Staff was very friendly & professional. The procedures were explained thoroughly & I was able to ask questions & get answers that helped me understand what the surgery entails. I feel confident that the Dr will do a good job! ** I'm adding to this review as I had the 1st cataract surgery 3 days ago. The staff at the surgery center were helpful, kind, and professional. The procedure went smoothly and I'm very happy with the results! My vision is much clearer and brighter in the surgical eye. There's virtually no pain and I'm happy that the next surgery will be in about 10 more days.

2023 Dr Teeple and staff are great. Highly recommend for your eye care I suddenly developed flashes and floaters in my eyes. I called the office and they were able to get me an appointment for next day. Every one in the office was very nice and professional. Doctor teeple explained everything that I needed to know and explained what I need it to do in case my symptoms got worse. I would definitely recommend this office.

Dr. Teeple and his staff are wonderful. They take their time doing things correctly, explaining things and answering questions. He recently did my cataract surgery and did a great job. I had a problem with my new eyeglasses not correcting my vision well. He and his staff checked the glasses and took their time doing a thorough vision and retinal re-examination. All of the results determined that the progression in the lenses was too high and they were incorrectly made. I greatly appreciated the care they showed in making sure that I was well taken care of. I highly recommend Dr. Teeple.

This was out first visit to this office. The front desk person was great. Very friendly and helpful. Our appointment was on time did not have to wait. Dr. Teeple's eye assistant was thorough and we really liked Dr. Teeple. Excellent eye exam and consultation. So glad we were able to get in and establish ourselves as patients. We will continue to go to him in the future. We were very pleased. Thank you

I have been going here for over 15 years. I was seeing Dr Teeple's father-in-law before I was switched over to Dr Teeple. He is a extremely nice and very professional. I'm glad he's my eye doctor and I feel very comfortable with what he has to tell me. Always a pleasure to see him and his staff.
