Front desk lady didn't seem very welcoming. Sad or like she was bored maybe?? Tyler was great doing the eye tests and explained my options to dilate my eyes. He was great at explaining the new technologies. The ophthalmologist was great! Answered my concerns and explained my eyes situation understandably. Then checking out with Zander and explaining my lense options and was fun to work with and very courteous. Loved when we were set he asked if I had any comments, questions or a joke. Caught me off guard. I said did you say a joke?? Zander said yes if you have one. So I told my joke and then he said one too. What a happy visit. You don't get much (if any) kind of experience like that anywhere anymore. So I left smiling at the whole experience. Thank you Sunburst Dr. Dennis(?) And Zander and Tyler!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, I was told about every test and cost up front and they offered a good selection of frames to pick from. They gave me different options my insurance allowed with upgrades, and a great 2 for 1 coupon I can use on frames! I love the scratch resistance options that allow me to get replacements in the year.. I am hard on my glasses!

My daughter had an appointment there today for the first time. She was anxious about the eye exam and some of the pre testing. Ashley was incredibly kind patient and understanding. Sometimes when our us parents lose our patience it's really nice to have someone who knows how to handle the situation a little better. Everyone was great from start to finish and Dr. Williams was also the vibe my anxious child needed. She left happy and so did I. Thank you Staff at Sunburst.

My first visit to Sunburst Optical, after our move to So AZ. My husband had tried them first and liked them. All the staff was friendly and efficient. I felt in good hands with the Doctor. He was nice, knowledgeable and took time to explain things to me. Xavier (?...correct name?), who helped me decide on frames, lens enhancements and checked me out, was especially pleasant, and conscientious. He really went the extra mile, searching for alternative frame colors and helping me find a frame that fit well and looked good. I can be picky. :) From start to finish, a good experience. Highly recommended.

The option to do high quality imaging for a small fee instead of uncomfy dilation drops is awesome, and they offer Saturday appointments!
Tyler was great and so were the other 2 people who helped me in the lobby area (didn't catch their names- a guy with awesome green/pink glasses and a nice girl with long brown hair.)
Doctor was knowledgeable and professional.
Will definitely use them for my kiddo and be back myself.

They were great. I only sat for about 5 minutes before being called back. Got the full exam and eye dilation. My script hadn't really changed, and there was no high pressure sales pitch to upgrade or replace my glasses. Gave me a copy of my updated script and told me just come back if I decided to get new ones.

I've been coming to this optical office for a long time, ever since we moved to Tucson, and I had never had such a great experience as I did today. The staff was truly kind, the doctor was amazing, and the girls at the front who help you choose your glasses and guide you with the best options were incredibly helpful. I'm very happy and satisfied. With the new management, I truly believe they will have a very successful future.
