Target Optical

Another trip to Target to do a variety of shopping and wanted to stop by the outstanding Optical Shop to thank Cynthia & crew again for their time & expertise on a recent service visit. I also took the time to pick out another pair of frames that had caught my eye on the earlier visit and this time I had the pleasure of being waited on by Dahlia. She took such good care of me and I was out the door in minutes with a new pair of glasses ordered, to be SEEN in only a few weeks! Thank you, once again, everyone for your kind & caring professionalism. It matters and I appreciate you!

Wanted to recognize Cynthia at the Tucson El Con Mall Target store. So helpful. Didn't blink an eye when I ask for help in making an adjustment on a new pair of glasses. Thank you so much for doing that! You're wonderful! Such great service! I appreciated that very much.

The staff here were very helpful before I even arrived in store. When I arrived they were very warm and informative. If you are in Tucson please go and schedule with them. And how convenient that it's inside if a Target.

I have been coming to this location for 6 years and always had amazing service. Unfortunately my recent experience has left me with no option but to cancel my credit card payment, handle the loss of my frames, and post this review. My glasses are a requirement for me to be able to function at work. I have chronic health issues and need to be able to at least see to be able to work. For close to three weeks now, with no communication from this office, I have struggled to get any update as to why I do not have my glasses. They have not contacted me once, and to my surprise (I cannot confirm if this was my third or fourth call) I was advised when I called in that twice my glasses had been delivered with a scratched right lens and had to be sent back. I had not been advised, even though I had previously called in. The last time I called in I did advise I really need an update on when they will be sent, as they apparently had not been returned. I requested to see if this could be expedited as I am struggling. I was advised they would talk to the manager and I would be called back. Nothing. At times with this recent experience the front office staff have been rude and dismissive. Which is a shame, as the ophthalmologists here are amazing.

It took me immediately right after checking to see if my insurance was accepted I waited no more than 5 minutes did my exam took about 10 minutes to pick a pair of glasses that I really liked and was satisfied with the overall experience at the optical shop here. Thank you for making it so easy for me and taking care of my prescription with y'all.

I was really impressed by the overall vibe and how friendly everyone was. I greatly appreciate Dr. Jennifer taking the time for me to ask questions. She definitely saved my future self! I wanted to know about getting glasses online and she warned me that online stores would be able to completely accommodate my astigmatism. I completely trust her because I understand my prescription is quite the doozy! I also greatly appreciate Ava for getting me a quote on my glasses and getting my taken care of at the end! Lots of cute choices for glasses here and some great brands!

I am very satisfied with Target Optical. The Dr. who examined my eyes was so friendly and informative. He made the experience very easy. "Sam" the associate who helped me was lovely and she also made the experience very easy. She was so knowledgeable about your products I was very impressed.

Easy to schedule online. Fast and easy check in process. My exam was right away and done with a smile. Friendly and efficient. Choosing glasses and getting fitted was a breeze as well.
