I am a retired optometrist. I was evaluated by Dr. Abreu and I feel very comfortable with her exam. She was efficient, highly personable, and importantly, accurate. She picked up a subtle, (in my case, normal) variation which is potentially indicative of a serious condition and did the appropriate probing. I did not mention that I was a professional colleague until late in the exam. The optical staff was friendly and appeared knowledgeable. (won't know for sure until the glasses show up.)

It has been 40 years since I've had glasses and this company vision works. The store located on Oracle road, all the employees, the doctor in the store for your eyesight. They're all great people, very kind, very efficient, I highly recommend this place to go to. If you're looking for transition glasses, sunglasses, whatever it might be. This store is really good. I am so happy. I found the store close to my home and they took their time to make sure we get the right eyesight for my new glasses which I am so happy about.\n Thank you.

I showed up early to my appointment and these people showed up late and I'm assuming either there are appointments every hour with walk ins maybe? What's the point of an appointment if I'm gonna be sitting here waiting for 30+ minutes after my appointment was supposed to be. They added a protection plan I don't want. They rushed me out cause it was almost 7pm. I think they added transitions whatever photo Chromatic is which I really didn't like with my last pair it was useless. The woman who checked me out didn't even review what she billed. I'm very unhappy and won't be returning after this set arrives.

If I could give a '0' review I would. I made an appointment a year ago during my last appointment and showed up today and was told I wasn't on the schedule. I have the appointment email but was told that was a only a reminder, not a confirmed appointment. I drove an hour out of my way only to be offered an appointment on another day. I guess I should have known better after they filled my prescription incorrectly last year. They just lost a 10 year customer.

I'd been going here since 2022. Every single time they were behind. Some years up to a 45 min wait without notice from the staff. Reason was because the staff gets there at the same time as their first appt.
The straw that broke the camel's back: I was told that if I didn't accept a retinal scan (for $49) that I would have to be dilated. Also, they're gloating at the sale they're getting in retinal scans. 90% apparently. I told them that they can't legally require that and didn't seem to care. Don't come here without asking questions about the cost (even with insurance) and what will be required at the appointment.

They fixed my frames when they technically didn't have to. Also, the manager helped me find the most affordable way to secure two other frames that I can use while driving or whatever. He really went above and beyond anything I expected.
