The arm of my glasses frame broke on the way to work and I had to work with the arm secured only by tape for half the day - it was so challenging as they were constantly twisting. On my lunch break, I went to the nearest Walmart and met the loveliest opticians who went over and beyond in not only searching their frames to find one for my lenses to be popped into but actually called two other locations (once we had the SKU number of my old frame) to find a replacement. Christian is a great employee and I would recommend you ask for her by name! I'm due an eye exam and even though I have other Walmarts near my home, I'm going to drive down here to get glasses because they were soooo helpful and I'm truly appreciative. I recommend Ms. Christian and Ms. Guadalupe highly for their great customer service and assistance.

Dr. Nguyen, the Optometrist, noticed my daughter had a problem with her eyesight which required further investigation by an ophthalmologist. She assisted us with the referral to the best specialist available for my daughter's condition. The ophthalmologist specialist said we were fortunate that Dr. Nguyen's meticulous attention to detail had picked up what a previous optometrist (at Costco)had missed. He said the quality of optometrists vary widely from site to site and my daughter was fortunate to have been examined by Dr. Nguyen.
