Warby Parker La Encantada

Everyone is extremely helpful and provides excellent customer service. I also love that the company donates a pair of glasses to someone in need for every pair that's sold. Highly recommended!!

Old school perhaps, but the good thing about a brick and mortar is seeing the frames on your face IRL and real time. WP offers stylish selections at reasonable prices. Since contacts don't work well for me, glasses are on my face all day every day. Having several pair is nice for variety.

This company started in 2010. From the moment I saw the first commercial, I wanted to get glasses here. I didn't feel confident getting mail order glasses though, so I resisted. I eventually moved to Tucson and saw there was a physical location to go to and I was ready! I had questions concerning location, parking, and access to the store. The Google Maps listing said it was on the 1st floor, but actual photos made it look like it was on the 2nd floor. I can't do stairs so I called the store number listed. The call did not connect me to the store, but to what seemed to be a phone room, handling all calls for the company. They did not answer my specific questions. The info they gave me was what I already seemed to have read online. So I asked for more detail. I was then put on hold for 10-15 minutes while they (probably) called the actual store themselves and got me half of the info I had asked about. I thanked them and gave up. The phone call had already cost me 20 minutes, and was my 2nd call, so I decided to try something else. I then went to the La Encantada website and sent an email with my questions. They never bothered to respond. They apparently don't care about the businesses they rent to. Anyway, I went elsewhere and made my purchase. I will never have WP glasses and I'm ok with that. This review isn't really about the actual store, as I could never get answers on whether or not I could even access it. It's more about the company as a whole. If they can't get it together to answer the simplest of questions, I don't feel I want to spend my money there.

Today was my first visit to Warby Parker La Encantada, and the experience was top-notch from start to finish. The Customer Service was perfect, and the frame options were extensive. I really took advantage of their virtual try-on option on their website before going to the store, which I'd highly recommend. Otherwise, you might get overwhelmed by all the choices. I'm so happy my vision insurance switched for 2026 to one that includes Warby Parker as an in-network provider!

Warby Parker is the easiest and best option for buying glasses. Their selections are labeled as for a wide face, medium or narrow. No other stores do that and I've always had a difficult time finding glasses for my small face. At a different chain eyeglass store I went to last year I had to try on every pair in the store and only found one that worked for me At WP the shopping experience is much more streamlined. Reminds me of the Apple store in the way that they work.

Great experience. Doctor was patient and made me feel at ease throughout the exam. The staff was fantastic. Alexa helped pick it the perfect pair and i can't wait to get them. Great service all around and I'll tell my friends to come in.

The Ophthalmologist and the store rep Jess took great care of me- my skin tone looks best with silver or black tones so a decent amount of the ones I immediately saw didn't work for me since they were all gold. Jess was patient with me in finding the Keiko glasses in wide AND in black. Essentially, if they have any way to get you what you want- they will find it. I was also very happy that she didn't upsell me on anything I didn't need. All around great experience. My glasses show up in two weeks!

Had a wonderful experience with Jim fixing the nose pads on my pair of Warbys. Cleaning and adjustments are free and I'm just so thankful for the physical space here in Tucson to help with that!
