You and Eyecare Optometry

The staff were very nice. The doctor was attentive in listening to concerns and gave an explanation to why I was having the issues I was with my contacts. He gave more than one option to resolve the issue. The gal taking before images gave me a heads up on the air puff, and bright light imaging. The doctor then re-imaged my eyes to ensure contacts were a good fit. Conveniently located in target. Same day appointment. 10/10 would recommend and return

Doctor was attentive he thoroughly and thoughtfully explained imaging. Gave clear expectation of contacts and recommended a pair that worked while showing clearly why other pairs wouldn't work, he let me make up my mind. Ladies up front were very helpful with picking frames and were clear with prices y hablan Espanol.

I had a great experience at my appointment! I am super freaked out by anything eye-related but they calmed my nerves and were very caring the entire time. I had Yi sen Cheung, OD and he was so nice, thorough, intelligent and funny! Would highly recommend this specific location. :)

TREMENDOUS!!! Customer service was excellent. Doc was very thorough and polite. The rest of the staff was very gracious with there time. Considering I waited until the last minute of the year to schedule an appointment I could not have been more pleased. Highly Recommend

As far as the Dr there that checks your eyes and the assistant that works with her in the back. I feel their honest good people. As far as the Manager Amanda. I feel she is not honest, I feel like she just wants to sell you something and not let you use the warranty. She told me my glasses were damaged. And I told her I'll bring them back for she can fix them she said oh you don't have to bring them back today. But I am a truck driver and today is the only day I could bring them back. Even though I paid for the warranty and the other ones are Still under warranty , I think Amanda would discourage you from trying to use the warranty that you pay for when you buy the glasses. But everybody else there is great I feel they're honest the doctor is honest her assistant is honest. I just feel like Amanda wants to upside you when you're buying your glasses Warranty or her workers to sell you the warranty. But when it's time to use it ,Discourage you from using it. That's just how I felt. I I'm taking them back anyways and see what happens I'll update.

First time here, was fast and knowledgeable. His staff was great and put up with my shenanigans trying to get contacts in. Will be back!
