Walmart Vision & Glasses

Yes staff friendly, but Optometrist is clueless. I could see with my old glasses, now my vision is blurry & I have MASSIVE headaches

They are the worst vision center I have ever encountered in life. I came to their office at the end of July and it is now January and I am yet to receive my glasses. They have been giving me the run around for months and multiple excuses. They don't answer the phone or return your phone call. Dr. Hutchins leases this office and he is in no way affiliated with wal mart vision center. So for anybody that is considering going to him please reconsider. Poor customer service all the way around!!!

I went there recently and there was a new eye doctor. Dr. Seng was very nice and professional. She was very thorough and efficient. The contacts that she put me in were the best I've worn in years. And when I placed my order, I was able to receive them in a couple days! The staff was wonderful and friendly. Yay to finally having a NEW DOCTOR here! I will definitely recommend my friends and family to Dr. Seng!

Worst Vision Center I have ever been to!! I would never recommend this Vision Center to ANYONE! I had to start going there two years ago due to my insurance. With the first pair of contacts Doctor Horner prescribed me, the contacts started causing one of my eyes to become irritated and then became infected. When I had my eyes checked due to the reaction, Horner argued with me that it couldn't be the contacts then later told me it was probably the contacts. He offered me some medicine but would not tell me how much the medicine would cost even though I asked him twice. He then put one drop of something in my eye to relieve the pain. When I paid for my visit, I asked if I would get the medicine at the Pharmacy and the secretary told me that one drop he placed in my eye was the medicine and it would be $20! He prescribed me new contacts and did not give me a copy of my prescription. He told me to let my eyes heal for two weeks and to then come back that Friday. When I came back, the secretary had told me I had missed my appointment. She argued with me that my appointment was the week after my checkup which made no sense. I then decided to order my contacts online and after calling at least 3 different times, they finally faxed me my updated prescription. Recently, I went back to simply get me prescription updated. I did not use Dr. Horner. My insurance pays for a certain amount of my contacts order. The new secretary did not know how much the insurance would pay for and said she would find out that afternoon and call me back. Two weeks later, I finally called and attempted to buy contacts which they had at the office my exact brand and prescription. She said I would have to pay for the contacts first and order them due to insurance. So I drove down there on my lunch break and ordered my contacts at the store and was not asked to pay for anything. I waited for 3 weeks and called today to find out my order had not been placed because they didn't make me pay for the copays while I was there that day. I finally gave up and told them I was done doing business with them. I found another eye doctor that takes my insurance. They are very unorganized and very unprofessional! I will NEVER go there again!

Ami is very kind and helpful. I really appreciate her helping me with my glasses and being professional. If I ever need anything else, I will go back when she is there.

Its not the store itself its, they are really great. Its the manufacturer that they use to make the glasses. They take their sweet time. You expect your glasses on the expected due date and when they dont show up its a little irritating.

Office clean. Staff friendly but loud during eye exam. Literally couldn't hear doctor asking questions. Other than that it was a great visit.
