I had my first visit at Bentonville Eye Care and I can honestly say I have never had such a great experience at a vision appointment before. Everything was quick and efficient, and the doctor was incredibly helpful and thorough. The gentleman at the front desk was absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond to help work with my insurance and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I would highly recommend Bentonville Eye Care to anyone looking for outstanding service and care!

This is one of the best places for an eye check-up. The clinic has excellent doctors who genuinely care about patients. They don't push unnecessary glasses or contact lenses like some places do. The doctor takes time to listen to all your concerns and truly understands the problem before suggesting anything. Dr. Lee handled everything very smoothly and with great care.

This is the team to see for anything vision. I was in and out very efficiently. Jennifer up front was very helpful with getting me in at a convenient time for my work day and helping get my insurance squared away. Dr Coats was very informative and had the best bedside manner I've experienced. My last stop was with Landry for check out and that dude is going to make you feel like family.

I had a great experience here. The wait time was quick, and everyone that helped me was very kind! They have such a large selection of frames, and the doctor made it easy to find which ones were available for my insurance. Catherine was also very personable and helpful when it came to picking and paying for the features for my frames. I enjoyed my time!

I would give them 100 stars if I could. I called yesterday afternoon for an appointment and they were able to get me in this morning for an exam. Staff were super kind and friendly. The process moved along seamlessly from check in to check out with no wait between staff. Dr. Merwin was wonderful. She took her time with the exam and explained everything she was doing. It has been a long time since I had been to the eye doctor and I was pretty nervous. There was zero judgement. I would highly recommend this office

We are newer to the area and we're in need of an optometrist for our five-year-old son, Who was experiencing blurry vision in school. A friend recommended Dr. Pierce and we are so glad that she did! Dr. Pierce was incredible with our son. He is lively, personable, and made our son feel at ease from the moment he walked in. He did an excellent job at walking through my son through every step of the process. They have a great selection of frames for little ones. Shaun Was wonderful working with him to help him find the perfect frames. He was so excited with his choice! When we left, our son said he really liked this doctor's office. We were called back within the week and notified that his frames were in. Ashley was so kind and patient with him as she walked him through care for his glasses. The entire team at Bentonville Eye Care is incredible. They made us feel welcomed from the start. We would definitely recommend this office to anyone searching.

I've been seeing Jeff Coats at Bentonville Eye Care for several years now, and every single visit has been an exceptional experience. I only see him once a year, yet each appointment feels personal, warm, and genuinely welcoming. He remembers minor details about me, including my previous diagnoses, which speaks volumes about the level of care and attention he gives his patients. Dr. Coats always takes the time to clearly explain my eye health and any changes, especially in the context of my diabetes. He never rushes the visit and makes sure I fully understand what's going on, which is incredibly reassuring. What really sets him apart is his thoughtfulness, extending beyond the exam room. He personally walks me to the front office and even takes the time to chat with my family. That kind of care is rare. If I had one small suggestion, it would be to expand the sunglasses collection, as the styles can sometimes feel repetitive and limited in variety. That said, it's a minor note in an otherwise outstanding experience. Dr. Coats is genuinely one of the best eye doctors around, and I'm grateful to be under his care. Highly recommended.
