Decker Eye Care

Dr. Decker "inherited" me from the previous owner. I have been a very long-time patient and trust him completely. I bring refer everyone to him. I'm always treated with dignity and respect by him and the office staff.

BAD Customer Service.... I visited this clinic for my annual eye exam and purchased a 12-month supply of contact lenses. I usually receive my contact lenses by mail within 3 to 5 days, maximum. I stopped by the clinic two weeks later to inquire about the status of my order, as I had not received anything by mail and had run out of contact lenses. The receptionist reviewed the order and provided me with a five-day supply of samples of the WRONG PRESCRIPTION (close to mine, but not the same) because they didn't have samples of the correct type in stock. When I asked her again why I had not received my order, she just said she would have another staff member call me back. Later that day, I received an email showing that they had just placed the order.... Not even a phone call to apologize or to explain.

My whole family goes here and we all love it! Very friendly place and Dr. Decker is very helpful and explains everything so you know what's going on!

I wish I could give this place more than five stars. I have needed glasses for about 10 years but have had this weird irrational fear of going to the eye doctor. It has been the equivalent of the dentist for me so I have just been going without for way longer than I should have. I'm so glad that I chose Decker eye care to finally fix my vision. Everyone there is so friendly and helpful. I'm always greeted warmly by the receptionist. Dr. Decker is a pro! I was in and out in under an hour total. Michael helped me pick out the perfect set of frames and wasn't pushy at all with trying to upsell me. I went in today to get the frames tightened because they were sliding down my face and Michael not only fixed them once, but stayed a couple minutes after they closed to readjust them because I had to come back (not his fault at all, I'm just now figuring out how they're supposed to feel). 10/10 experience. Would recommend to everyone!

Doctor Decker was very professional and explained everything to me clearly in a way that was easy to understand. The staff was very kind and accommodating as well, especially when it came to scheduling. Confident to say we have found our new family optometrist.

I was very pleased with the attention to details. I wear a prizm in my lens and that is always somewhat complicated. Dr. Decker and his staff took the time to make sure everything was correct and that I was seeing at my optimal best. I also got blue light protection added to my lens this year and it has made a huge difference with all my computer work. I feel less fatigued at the end of the day. I highly recommend this office. Very friendly and quick to get in. I will be back.

I made an appointment a month in advance, when I arrived they said they couldn't find my vision insurance after I provided my insurance care and wanted me to self pay. I went home called my insurance company and verified my insurance in 5 minutes. Wasted my time, needless to say I will be going to another provider. The doctor has been great on previous visits, staff unfortunately is just not.

Dr. Decker is great. He's very professional and thorough, but also very polite. He's the best eye doctor I've been to in the town. Edited: After an honest, but not 5 star review, Dr. Decker called me to review my issues and make sure I had the proper information. Like I said, best eye doctor in town.
