Netzel Eye Clinic

It's clear that Netzel and his team really care about their patients! This is my second year using this eye clinic and I am very pleased with every interaction I've had. Very friendly and always willing to help out. I had a contact rip the day I put it in, which was also the day before I was leaving for vacation. My scheduled visit wasn't for a couple of weeks, but when I called in the team was happy to set me up with a trial contact to get me through until my appointment. Friendly and thorough!

Called and made an appointment for 28th Nov for my husband under my insurance. I was very clear as we are new in Bentonville and enquired about the copay- I was told copay10$ , then my second ask was is there any additional fee for contact lens prescription. I was told the copay 10$ will cover all the prescription. Post 28th Nov appointment, my husband was asked to pay the 54.07$ ( for copay, contact lens / some fee) Very unfair to claim no other charges other than 10$ copay. I will not recommend this clinic for anyone if this is the future case of being unfair .

Rudeness really bothers me. I encounter it a lot at my eye doctor's clinic from his staff. I had a duty change for this week which affects an eye appointment that I have already rescheduled once. When called to confirm my appointment, I let the person know that I may run late due to a commitment at BHS. She very rudely told me that if I am more than 10 minutes late, I will have to reschedule. I informed her that I'm coming from BHS, just 5 miles or less away and would do my best. What I wanted to say, and likely will if there's an issue is,"Oh I'll reschedule and it will be with a different optometrist. Our family of 5 who have been patients there for 10 years will also." I like Dr. Netzel and the ladies who do our glasses, but have been met with great rudeness from the other staff more than once.

Excellent Service and very customer friendly staff. The Doctor always listens to our concerns patiently.Very good collection of frames and they shall order one for you if you can't find the one you like. They give regular follow-ups for your annuals. Very satisfied and highly recommended.

Called and made an appointment a week or so ago for today (Monday). I took PTO and thought I'd pop in for a quick appointment to get a new prescription for contact lenses. Got to the office only to have the receptionist tell me that they made the appointment for 2021 instead of 2020... I was polite, because I know these things happen, but this was pretty frustrating... Doctor's offices will charge you for wasting their time if you miss an appointment (Sometimes $50-$100!), but what about when they incorrectly book your appointment!?!? You use your PTO and arrive on time, only for them to waste your time! Where's my "Missed appointment fee"? huh?

I was passing though town and needed some emergency glasses repair. The staff were ever so nice and fixed my specs so quickly they didn't even accept payment.

Was a patient there for many years. One bad day for me, arriving late, traffic, etc. They would make no exceptions, there was no one in the waiting room, which tells me they don't value me as a customer. Going somewhere else. They could all use a personality boost as well

I highly recommend them, all were very nice and professional. Doctor took time to explain things and answer my questions without my feeling like he had to rush to the next patient. Came here after visiting Hurst in Bentonville and it was like night and day.
