Dr Foree and all the staff at Arkansas Eye Care are wonderful. Very professional and helpful. The exam was very thorough and I am so pleased with my new glasses!!

A bit on the expensive side. Staff was not the friendliest, but there was a few that were very sweet. It took way to long for my glasses to arrive, and I had to call them about issues a few times. They wanted me to pick them up after I paid to have them shipped and thank God I didn't because they meant from Conway not Clinton, so I would have wasted a trip and the $8.00. They need to get it together.

Love This Place!! Awesome Group! Dr Roberts along with Jones Eye Institute helped me find the underlining issues of me going blind periodically. I would never known I have Lupus. Now I can help prevent flairs!! Just God Sent in my eyes. Thanks to all my Clinton Staff that is helping me along my journey! AS

Had a fast, easy experience with Dr. Shane Ford. Got my vision right, the first time, on my trial contacts. When it came time to order glasses/contacts, Rheanna at the office took care of me, making sure I fully utilized my health insurance discounts, qualified for rebates and made sure I got the best deal possible. Saved money compared to the online companies. They have a great team here. Highly recommend. God bless.

Had eye exam in late 2017, and purchased new glasses. When I went to pick up my new glasses I tried them on and everything was distorted. After several attempts to get staff to realize something was wrong with them, they sent the glasses back to who cut the lenses. They decided to try a new set of lenses. Got them back again, and still had distortion. Staff decided to redo the eye exam, nothing changed. Sent my glasses off again, someone discovered the lenses were bad. The made new lenses again, and returned them to me. Finally they were correct. Now about a year later, my frames have broken. I took them to the clinic to see if they could do anything about it. They proceeded to tell me that I did not purchase those frames from them so there was nothing they could do for me. I am dumbfounded by the amount of incompetence that I have experienced at this clinic, and do not plan on doing business with them again.

Wasted money they want to do all them tests then you have to go somewhere else to get it fixed then you pay for all them tests again

Where to begin, so many problems but mainly I received my new glasses (bifocals) today and was asked to read the small print, I could not, I put on my old (two years) glasses and could read almost everything) I told the girl that this would not do. She told me the doctor would not even see me again until 4 or 5 days to give my eyes time

The staff at arkansas eye care group are incredibly, they take the time to explain what is going on. Very polite and courteous, most of all helpful
