I can't say enough good things about Dr. Ben Lynch and his team. He's incredibly patient, generous with his time, and genuinely understanding. I really appreciate that this is an independent eye clinic -- you can feel the difference the moment you walk in. There's no gimmicky marketing or social media presence, just honest, professional care from people who treat every patient with dignity and respect. Dr. Lynch takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes sure you feel comfortable and heard. I don't see myself ever going to another doctor for my eye care. Simply the best.

Boston Mountain Eyecare is such a wonderful shop with the most helpful and insightful staff when it came to my routine eye exam and picking out my glasses! Dr. Lynch is such a pleasure to work who clearly cares about his patients and takes pride in his work from start to finish. The brands they carry here aren't from your usual designer brands but everything he carries is super unique, of the highest quality, and in my opinion worth it! Plus, the staff are so great with suggestions if you're picky with your glasses, they put every effort forth to find you the perfect pair! This is such a gem of a store and I can't wait for the next time I need some new glasses!

Dr Lynch quickly diagnosed the cause of my eye pain and prescribed the appropriate treatment so my eye could heal and I was so grateful to get some relief! He and his staff are friendly and helpful. He really cares and takes the time to listen to his patients. Highly recommended!

I have been seeing Dr. Lynch for at least 7 years and there's no where else I'd rather go. From the staff to Dr. Lynch everyone is so kind and helpful. They somehow always seem to get me in quickly, which working in a medical office myself I know that can be difficult at times. I absolutely love this clinic and the staff.

I love the vibe here, the doctor is great and if you're looking for something different frame wise they have the best selection. Edit: I love the doctor here but have had a bad experience now with the office staff. My frames that I was planning to have a new rx put in were sent to a lab that said my frames might break in the process . When I asked if I would get a refund for the $328 that I paid for the lenses in that case the office lady had to get back to me (if feel that this is a natural question in this instance and she probably should have had all of the information before texting me but I was willing to let that go). When I came in to get a refund the front desk ladies were just kind of like shrug "that sucks" no, "don't worry! We'll help you find frames you love!" Or anything like that, so I suggested that I go look for new frames in their showroom. After looking for a while, one of the ladies came over and asked if I needed help. I told her what I was looking for and she opened a drawer to show me some other options but didn't really help me look. When I asked about a specific brand she just kind of shrugged and said they didn't carry them anymore. When I asked for more info about a pair I had seen there a few days ago she said she didn't have the info. At no point did she offer or try to help me find something similar, help me find info or help me find a new look at all. Last time I came here the optician was full of energy and helped me every step of the way. I left and went to another optician down the road who 1) got me set up with a lab that will try to replace my lenses and will not charge me if they do break 2) spent over and hour with me trying to help me find a back up plan if that doesn't work. I super love the doctor and the vibe at this office but I won't be going back because of the staff which is unfortunate.

My boyfriend recommended them to me and I'm glad he did. It was a fast without feeling rushed, easy, friendly experience. Dr Lynch was so nice, knowledgeable, and got right to the point, which I love. No sitting around waiting forever or being left alone in a room. I don't have anything severe going on, but what issues I do have were explained in easy to understand terms. The receptionist was on the ball and answered every question I had. I've had a lot of doctor appointments this year, but this one was by far the best and easiest one. Thank you for a great appointment! An update: I have been wearing my new glasses for about a week now. I haven't worn glasses since I was a teen and I never felt like the prescription was quite right back then, but he absolutely nailed it. It's such a minor adjustment but the difference is mighty. Thank you again, seeing clearly for the first time has been such an adventure.

Dr. Lynch was super helpful and made my appointment quick and efficient. I was running late and they were super kind about it. Being a recent graduate, I was concerned about how expensive contacts are, so Dr. Lynch and the lady at the desk helped me find the most affordable way to order. Highly recommend!
