Not only did Dr. Henry help my brother a few years ago, just this week I took my mom (Kitty Connell) to see him and he helped with her Wet and Dry Macular Degeneration. From my contacts dealing with Barbara on the phone to get the referral and then the appointment, to the ladies at the front desk at check in, to the technician Erin who performed her initial tests, I can't give higher praises to the employees. They were all SO pleasant and personable!! I wish I could name them all individually. Then we have Dr. Henry himself. He took his time explaining everything to mom and me equally, which I highly appreciated. I did not hesitate to make a follow up appointment for continued care! If I can recommend taking my mom somewhere, I hope you can trust my opinion!
Dr. Daut and Erin,
Thank you both so much for the excellent care you provided during my cataract surgery. From start to finish, your professionalism, skill, and kindness made the entire experience reassuring and comfortable.
I truly appreciate the time, attention, and compassion you showed, and I'm grateful to be in such capable hands. Please extend my thanks to the rest of the staff as well--they are a wonderful team.
With sincere appreciation,
Pat Welsh
Just wanted to give a big thank you Dr.Daut and the entire staff at Henry Eye Clinic. I just had my cataract surgery. Don't even know where to start. Everyone there is so kind and helpful. A special shout out to Erin and Jaime for the great care I received from them. And Dr Daut.... he gave me a brand new world !
I expected better vision, but what I got was a whole new world. Everything is so bright and clear. I can never thank you enough.
Doctors are nice enough. Not too friendly, but still cordial and polite. The main problem is the receptionist at the front. She was so rude and extremely unprofessional!! Because of her, I can guarantee that neither me, my son, or my daughter (who was going to set up a new appt) will ever return. I tried to call and see about making an appt for my son and she wouldn't even let me finish a sentence. Kept barking in my ear for a date of birth. Even though she was being rude, I decided to ignore her behavior, and I gave her a date of birth. I then tried to continue my sentence. I still wasn't even done saying the reason for my call before she interrupted again, asking for a name. This time I said that I wasn't able to hear her, because I was speaking. Apparently that was too subtle for her to comprehend, so she interrupted me a third time. Again, this was before I was even able to tell her the reason I was calling. So with that, I told her we'd go elsewhere, because of how rude she was. Absolutely terrible customer service skills!! If you value how you're treated, or prefer to be shown even a shred of respect by the staff, I highly recommend choosing a different office!
Dr. Henry and staff are so professional yet very personable. They serve with happy hearts and go the extra mile. I could tell you of many times and ways they have seen and heard the struggles and fears of my daughter, a young mom, with her baby girl both pre-op and post-op cataract surgery. Dr. Henry took the time to immediately set up appointments with Arkansas Children's Hospital in Little Rock and his wonderful staff kept in communication with them and her throughout the surgery process, answering all questions, patiently teaching mom how to put the contacts in and out of her baby's tiny eyes. And even taking time to look through the whole clinic AND the trash bags for her baby's lost contact case. You just don't get that kind of care very often these days! So grateful for this clinic. Thank you so much.
Would not recommend anyone under the age of 55 to be a patient at this eye clinic. They are very honed in on catering towards a very geriatric clientele because that's where their main source of income stems from. Also as others have mentioned it takes about a week to get a hold of anyone to schedule an appointment which is very telling that they don't need anymore patients. Not sure why so many doctor's offices in Fayetteville recommended this clinic, they do a disservice to the general public.
I started to lose my eyesight, so I went to Henry Eye Clinic and Dr Sarah Covey took good care of me.
She performed cataract surgery on both of my eyes, & fully restored my vision. I'm Very Happy & recommend them. Thank you Dr Covey.
Very caring and friendly staff. Dr. Henry is very personable, attentive, with a good bedside manner. After cataract surgery both Dr. Henry and the surgery center called me to see how I was doing. I highly recommend Henry Eye Clinic.
