Focused Family Eye Care staff is friendly and accommodating and go above and beyond in working with patient needs. I followed Dr. Brewer to this practice from his previous location, and I'm glad he joined the team (even if it is nearly an hour from my home!). Dr. Brewer shows genuine concern, has excellent bedside manner and is extremely thorough every visit. I've never felt rushed or dismissed, even if conversation goes off topic.

Pretty phenomenal experience from start to finish. An exceptionally patient front desk managed our insurance and frustration with grace and aplomb. The eye exam was the most thorough and professionally administered I have seen. The technician that fitted my boyfriend with contacts was patient, professional and kind. Dr. Wagoner was informative and has a great "bedside manner." And, this was all for a same-day appointment! Honestly, I would give them 10 stars if I were able!

I always have a good experience at focus eye care due to the knowledgeable and professional care of Dr Icem Brewer. He is very thorough and a likable doctor. My husband and I are grateful that we found him by chance moving to this area 4 yrs ago. I would refer anyone to him. He's the best optometrist we have ever had and we are in our 60's. Vic young

Very personable, warm and friendly staff. Thoroughly explain exams and results and well versed in understanding insurance options to make informed decisions not based on costs/profit only. Enjoy coming here and bringing my family. I went to Dr Brewer at the mall and followed him to this practice- great move- excellent atmosphere.

I'm writing on behave of my husband. Initially a great experience as after years of itching eyes and going from doctor to doctor my husband finally got eye drops that actually helped. However once our insurance got switched it took 2 visits to the pharmacist and a phone call to find out apparently someone of the administrative staff talked to the pharmacy and his recurring eye medication suddenly needed to be paid in full ... about $150 instead of $5. The doctor himself was on vacation however the renewal/refills were due. It would have been nice to have received a message or call upfront, even info of an alternative medicine covered by the new insurance .... It would also have been nice if such a decision was taken by the doctor himself founded with medical grounds and we would have been informed about an alternative covered by the new insurance.

I cannot express how truly happy I am with Dr. Waggoner! He is by far the nicest and sweetest man I've ever met! He goes over everything thoroughly and makes sure that you understand what is being done before you leave his office. I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone needing an Optometrist!

I had a very short wait time. The staff I worked with were knowledgeable and friendly. Doctor Brewer explained my eye care in depth, I didn't feel like I was being rushed so they could get another patient in .

It was easy to make an appointment. We did not have to wait long to get taken back and the assistant and the doctor were very kind and the doctor was encouraging! Will return for any kind of eye needs that we have in the future. They did great with my 2 1/2 year-old
