Luis was very professional and patient as I selected my glasses. He explained the additional warranty thoroughly. When I picked up my glasses he took time to fit them properly and then tightened the screws on my old glasses & sunglasses as well. I was quite impressed.

The gentleman who helped me was very kind with both selection and ordering prescription glasses and prescription sunglasses. When I went to pick them up the sunglasses made me feeldizzy and I could not read with them. Another associate, Nora interjected that "I would get used to them." Having worn transition bifocals for ten years, I knew this was not the norm. I left with the glasses and today I took them back to see if I could get a different pair of lenses, or possibly frames with a larger lense for better sun protection. Nora was there and again proceeded to say that she has the same prescription as I do. She went into a very lengthy professional optical description of terms that I was unaware of. Her overall demeanor was negative and wasn't positive or one that offered a solution. The gentleman was very kind today and I asked if I could return the glasses. I wanted to get a pair of sunglasses but Nora's negativity and knownit all attitude changed my mind.
I would not go back to Sam's for other glasses because they are unable to offer or service frameless lenses that require a drilled lense. Needless to say, I was disappointed.
