I would give them zero star. We had eye surgery schedule 6 weeks out. They told me someone will reach out for surgery on Monday. We waited all day for surgery time slot. By the way surgery on Tuesday. Almost closing time still no call. They expect us to give them 24 hours to cancel appointment. Do you expect us to block all day for you guys.

I initially had LASIK at Triad, but my vision remained impaired, especially at night. Despite multiple follow-up visits, my concerns were repeatedly attributed to dry eye, my appointments were delayed, and I was advised to purchase glasses at my own expense, which defeated the purpose of having LASIK.
I sought a second opinion and was told the issue was not dry eye but an incorrect correction. When I returned to Triad (Fayetteville) and requested another doctor, it was confirmed that I needed a revision. The enhancement required travel to Tulsa and an entire day off work for both myself and a family member.
I requested compensation for the additional medical costs, repeated appointments, travel, lost wages, and second opinion. My emails went unanswered, and I was later informed in person that no compensation would be provided.
The staff were kind and professional, but due to the misdiagnosis, inconvenience, and lack of accountability, I would not recommend Triad for LASIK.

I rarely write reviews however, the staff at Triad Eye Institute in Fayetteville, Arkansas are so extraordinary that I felt compelled to share my experiences so others could also experience this truly remarkable Eye Center. Everyone, from Doctor McFarland, Natalie, the clinic administrator, the receptionists, technicians, business office, truly the entire staff make you feel like family. Tresa and Rick in the optical department anre awesome, too Everyone sincerely cares about you. They provide state of the art, cutting edge services. They are cheerful and respond to your needs immediately. I no longer live in Arkansas but I regularly travel thousands of miles in order to continue my eye care at Triad in Fayetteville. They are amazing! The best group we have ever experienced.
