Uptown Eyes

Amazing new location for this outstanding eye center. The staff at Uptown Eyes are extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. No matter what kind of eye issues you have the doctors will help you get figure it out and then the rest of the staff will get you the right glasses or contacts. This new location allows them to serve their customers better and offers a larger selection for you to choose from.

I don't think I've ever actually looked forward to an eye appointment before, but Uptown Eyes completely changed that for me. Walking in felt like stepping into a space that was thoughtfully designed for you, surrounded by beautiful, curated frames and an atmosphere that's warm, inclusive, and just a little bit cool. It's woman-owned (I think) and led, and you feel that energy the moment you walk through the door. Everyone there made me feel genuinely welcomed, not just as a customer, but as a person. But what really got me was the doctor. She wasn't watching the clock or making me feel like patient #47 of the day. She sat with me, talked to me, and actually listened. It felt like she genuinely cared about my eye health as a whole, not just running through a checklist to get me out the door. If you've ever felt like just a number at a big-box vision center, Uptown Eyes is the antidote. It's the kind of place that makes you feel seen, pun intended. I'm a patient for life.

Hands down the best place for all things EYES in Arkansas! The staff is AMAZING! Every single person in there is knowledgeable and kind, everyone always goes above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Dr Megan and Dr Holly always take great care of me, my RX is always accurate, and I always leave feeling like I understand what's going on with my eye health. They both always take their time and I never feel rushed. Great "bedside manner". Today I had my annual exam and Ezra did my work up. Afterwards I learned she just recently started performing those duties- I never would have known she seemed like a tenured pro! Their opticians, Dana and Traci, always go above and beyond to make sure I find glasses that work for my face without compromising my RX or budget. They are GREAT at what they do and they also always make me feel welcome and never rushed. It's not often I can say I ENJOY going to the doctor, but I love going to Uptown. No office would run without stellar reception and admin team and the lovely ladies up front keep things running smoothly and are always so kind and make check-in a breeze. I come here because the team is the best but the cherry on top is that they have super cute frames and it always feels like an afternoon of boutique shopping- impeccable vibes. 10/10 recommend!

I'm so happy I was referred to Uptown Eyes! The staff were all very warm and friendly. This was the most comprehensive eye exam I have received. Dr.Viviano was very thorough explaining things to me. I look forward to using them here on out!

I live closer to Rogers, but I gladly make the trip to Uptown Eyes in Fayetteville, AR. Dr. Andersen and her staff provide an exceptional customer experience before, during, and after the appointment. They take pride in making sure you have the right prescription and if you are fashion conscious, they also make sure you look fantastic in your new glasses or contacts. I highly recommend Uptown Eyes.

A friend recommended this optical when I asked her where she got her glasses because I needed a screw replaced on a pair of sunglasses. She recommended Uptown Eyes so I went. I'm less than 5 minutes they had fixed my sunglasses (at no cost!) The staff is very sweet and friendly. This is my new go to for anything eye related!

My daughter and I both got glasses. We had a wonderful experience! Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Dr. Baureis was patient and informative. She took time with us and we didn't feel rushed throughout the appointment. Patrick was so helpful and nice as we tried on glasses and when we returned to pick them up. He was a joy to work with!
