I brought my daughter in for a check up and her first set of contacts. We are new to the area and WILL NOT use any other eye doctor!!! These people were so kind and helpful! They made sure to try and save me the most money and worked with my insurance well!!! They were so warm, welcoming, and patient with my daughter, as she struggled to learn to put on her first set of contacts!!!! Super clean and nice office and the best set of people in the industry!!! Thank you all for your help and great service!!!

Dr. Daniel is fantastic but his office staff need more training. I am a new employee and called before hand to see if my vision insurance was active. The lady I spoke with looked me up and told me that, yes, I was showing active and my visit would be a $6.00 copay. I made an appointment online and went in that afternoon. When I was completing my paperwork, the 2 girls at the front desk stated they could not pull my information up in the system. I told them I just spoke with someone today that said she could see me. The girls told me to go ahead and step back for my appointment and it would be okay. I go back and have everything completed for my exam only to find out they still could not pull me up in the system and I now have to pay $99.00! If I had known that I would have not continued on with the appointment and waited until they could verify my insurance. That money could have gone toward new glasses. Now I have a prescription but can't afford new frames...

I was told to go here by a work friend. From the day I actually spoke to anyone on the phone I felt that they were a little rude. But it wasn't until the day of my appointment when I realized just how rude they were. The two women who sat at the front (I'm assuming they were the receptionists) but they were extremely rude...at one point during my visit while standing there one of the ladies at the front put a clip board up to attempt to cover her mouth while she "cut" her eyes at me. Again I'm assuming she was talking about me, but regardless that's rude. She repeated said my name wrong after I told her multiple times how to pronounce it. When I was checking out and paying my co payment instead of her handing me the things she needed me to sign, my debt card, or my receipt.. she laid it on the counter and slid it over to me. It was just so unprofessional and rude. I personally do not see myself going back in there. However the place next door where you can take your prescription and get glasses, they were really nice and polite. I wish I would've had a better experience.

I have had the worst experience regarding the receptionists for this business. The doctor himself was great-- very friendly and professional. But I have been treated rudely by the receptionists on multiple occasions. I had to purchase a single box of contacts to finish out the year and was told it would take roughly a week and they would call me. I waited a week and a half and had not heard from them, so I tried calling twice and they never answered. I wait another week and stop by in person and am told it will take another week. Another week passes and still no call from them, so I call and the first call they never answer. The second call they answer and put me on hold only to have them hang up after a couple of minutes, then the third call a lady answers, and I tell her I'm wanting to know about the contacts I ordered. She tells me that they are ready, and when I ask if I can stop in Saturday to pick up my order she said that was fine. I stop by a little before 4 pm Saturday and the business is closed. I have waited over a month for a single box of contacts and was lied to repeatedly regarding my order. If I pay $70 for a single box of contacts, it should not take that long to get it. Again, I have the utmost respect for the Doctor himself. But the women working up front are setting an extremely poor example as to how the business is ran.

Probably the quickest eye exam I've ever had! In a good way. The doctor's demeanor made me feel very comfortable and he readily explained any questions I had. Definitely recommend.

I had an appt 7/1/2020 and the doctor was incredibly friendly and the receptionists were laughing and looked like they really enjoyed their job. The entire experience far surpassed other experiences I've had at other places with customer service. That being said, I would highly recommend not coming here through COVID-19. The doctor was not wearing a mask and I never saw anything sanitized after use. There were people coming in without face masks, touching their face and then touching the counter and leaving handprints everywhere. I had to ask for the equipment to be sanitized before using it, and no one washed their hands the entire time I was there (around an hour) and the receptionist continually took off her mask to talk to customers. This needs to be seriously addressed. I washed my hands personally 5 times throughout my visit while requesting sanitization of equipment, and I'm thankful I did because if I hadn't, these things would not have been done.

My daughter and I sat in the waiting room for 40 minutes beyond the appointment time before even being taken back for the preliminary tests. When the Optometrist finally got to us, he had my daughter in the chair for maybe two minutes. Asking her if things were blurry and not even waiting for her response before clicking to the next thing. I have very low confidence in the prescription she was given. Rest assured we will not be back.

Super friendly staff and very thorough doctors. They went out of their way to save me some money with my health insurance company, as I do not have optical insurance. Made the appointment the same day and had no wait time. Will go back!
