I had a great experience. I was able to easily book and confirm online, and my appointment went quickly and had no issues! All of the staff I interacted with were very patient and friendly. (On confirming my appointment, my email Initially went to my spam folder, so be sure to check there if you don't get a confirmation!)

Set up an appointment for eye exam today. Called first about insurance coverage. Was told it was accepted. Called my insurance to make certain of my financial responsibilities. Insurance tells me 0 copay with in network. I get appt. I'm told there is a copay ! Not because of the copay but as a matter of principle I walked out of my appointment. Thus my 1 star rating. Too bad for the dang eye care business because they lost business from me in another way. I was going to purchase my eye glasses from them too. It's disappointing and quite frankly disgusting that this business lacks the ability to operate it as a revenue generating investment . Seriously, the owners just let INCOME in the form of 5 Ben Franklin's turn its back and walk. I've launched a business and relaunched a business during my lifetime. Not one single time did I ever allow a customer to leave the property without keeping them a customer . Hey Dang ~ have you considered that a patient or a customer is also a potential customer again? Have you considered that when a customer walks away due to poor customer service that you've just lost anyone that customer is associated with. Customers have friends, family, coworkers, acquaintances, club membership connections. Mr. and Ms. Dang if I may offer you any advice it would be this... Re-evaluate your policies, teach your staff these policies and make certain that everyone knows what they are so they can effectively answer questions with full transparency and honesty BEFORE you potential customer arrives at your business for a scheduled service. I wasn't given that courtesy and for that I am spreading the word . I cannot express how upset I am for being mislead by your staff! Dang responded to this review by saying my insurance told them I have a copay~ that is simply not true and in fact it was true the question that begs to be answered is why didn't the staff tell me on the phone there was not a copay and then when I decided to do business with them on the day of the appointment that suddenly changed ? I stand by this review and reject the owners comments.

I did an eye exam and it was nice and fast service. The people in the front desk were awesome do their job perfectly and the doctor was knowledgeable and friendly.

If I could.give this place no stars I would. I made an appointment for 8 in the morning, I waited over 40 minutes, and watched walk-ins called back before me. Eventually after being ignored for 40 minutes I just left. Edit because its not letting me respond. No we did not go to the wrong office. We went to your office and we will not be back.

Quick to call us after we checked in. Very efficient and professional service. I was unsure about confirming the appointment through text, since I didn't get a response to my confirmation reply, so I called to make sure we were in their books.

Dang Eye Care has always done an excellent job. I've been going there for a number of years now and am very happy with them.

I had a great experience with my first time visit here with Dr. Banks. He was very friendly, made me feel welcomed. He helped me understand everything I had questions for. As soon as I put my contacts in I was so happy that I could finally see clear. He was happy for me. I would definitely recommend coming here for your glasses exam and contacts exam. I will continue coming here (:
