0 Stars!! This woman said I didn't need glasses. I have wore glasses for over 20 yrs. I need my prescription glasses to read! I work with children all day and I have to find someone to help me read their papers!!! Not even joking, this woman should find a new career. I have went to heartland before it was heartland and always got my Prescription. Now I have to wait until August for a real eye doctor to get my glasses. I would never recommend her for anything!!! This has caused problems with my job. I will be looking into this results of her decision.

After being a patient of hubbard eye clinic for nearly thirty years, driving there from other cities because of the quality of care and customer service, now that it is heartland eye care, I have been treated the worst I have ever experienced. After waiting four months to see Dr wright and being rescheduled once, I drive nearly ninety miles for mine, and my daughters eye appointment that was supposed to be scheduled with Dr wright. When I get there I find out that they gave our appointment to someone else and was going to put us in with a different eye Dr. My daughter and I require a particular procedure that Dr wright uses because of a medical condition we have. The staff told me they would investigate why our appointment was changed and call me within an hour. Two hours later I call them and they say they will call by the end of the day to tell me what happened and to reschedule. Two days later and no call, so I call them again. They called me back and tell me they won't see me or my daughter because they didn't like how I treated the staff when I refused to be seen by a different doctor. Even though I was decent and respectful after being lied to, put off for months and pulling my daughter out of school and wasting a day and spending the money on the long drive up highway 7. They wouldn't even tell me why they gave our appointment away to someone else. I wonder if Dr wright would actually approve of how we were treated if she knew the truth. I really figure she was lied to by her staff in order to cover up their mistake. But of course I wasn't allowed to speak to her.
