I went to Kilgore eye clinic (horrible horrendous experience do not go there). They refused to give me my eye measurements for ordering online unless I paid extra on top of my exam. I came to Walmart prepared to pay them to help me. Instead they were soooooo kind went above and beyond and did it for free. I will now use Walmart for my vision needs. Always.

Went in for a glasses repair kit when I was approached by Robert, who asked what kind of repair I needed the kit for. He then explained the different kits & showed me the best one for the type of glasses I had. When I explained that I was trying to combine my Autistic son's 2 broken pairs to make 1 good pair, he spent about 15 minutes doing "emergency surgery" with spare parts they kept on hand so I was able to leave with 2 completely fixed pairs of glasses. While he worked his magic the rest of the team was so helpful & nice. I also observed one lady helping an elderly gentleman; I was very impressed with how she spoke to him. Most people try to hurry the elderly along, but she spoke with kindness; appearing engaged & genuine in their conversation. I will definitely be coming back to buy my eye wear here.

I will not purchase my lenses anywhere else. The girls here are amazing. Erin, Laekon and Megan are great! They have took care of my lenses for my frames for years. Prices are are good too. Both are important to me.

As for the Doctor and staff I'm happy with. As for these expensive scratch resistant lenses I'm not impressed with. The glare is terrible. My dirt cheap readers are better then these!

Got new glasses after having my old ones for a very long time from Target eye center. The ones from Target were 10 years old hardly had ANY scratches at all. These Walmart ones are LESS than a year old and I already need new lenses because they are so scratched up. Total waste of $200. I haven't dropped these, done nothing to even scratch the lenses either. Find some place better.
