I had a bad eye injury. He agreed meet me at almost 8:00 p.m. on a Friday beard he had me come in Saturday Sunday and Monday do see how well it was healing it's healing quite well. I was very impressed with this patient concern. The other doctor just said go to the emergency room. So I have much respect for Dr Bailey and his dedication to his art

I am a 45 year old female. My appointment was at 1:30PM, I was not called back until after 2:30PM. My eyes have been watering for months, lots of pressure behind my eyes, light sensitivity, just to name a few. During the part of the exam where you have to read the lines, I could not see them due to my vision and my eyes watering. I told the doctor and his assistants several times only to be told to READ the line. The doctor even raised his voice a couple of times. So I finally quit trying to read them. During the exam he told me the pressures in both my eyes was at a 22 and said it was "open angle glaucoma" to his assistant. At the end of his exam he told me I have hygiene issues, that I don't do a good enough job taking off my makeup and night, and would probably be a good idea to quit wearing it at all. I tried to tell him I go as often without makeup and I do wearing it. The doctor gave me some eye drop samples and told me these should make your eyes feel much better. (I had a vial of the same drops in my back pocket...have been using them for months with zero relief. ) He then prescribed a steroid drop to be used every two hours. When I went to pick up the medication the pharmacist did a consultation. I asked him if it was safe to use a steroid drop in my eye considering the pressure issue. The pharmacist then does some research, and steroids are the LAST thing someone with elevated eye pressure to use, much less use an excessive amount of drops every two hours!!! This incompetent joke of a doctor most likely would have caused me even MORE problems that what I am currently dealing with. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR jeopardize the health of your eyes to this doctor or his staff. All of them, including the doctor, acted as if they would rather be any other place that there. (Thank goodness for the pharmacist who actually cared enough to take a moment to help me!!)

I was referred here from the ER at CHI for corneal abrasions, eye infection and a possible eye ulcer, Dr Braley's staff got me scheduduled asap. When he came in he made a point to shake my hand and ask me the necessary questions to fully understand my issues. Very professional. He did a thorough examination, prescribed me a better ocular antibiotic for my issue and his assistant deftly inserted a sterile contact lens into my eye to relieve irritation and allow my eye to properly heal. He also scheduled me for a follow up appiontment asap to see how my eye is healing. I Highly recommend.

My mom has been a patient for several years. I took her for a check-up a couple of days ago. I feel like Dr. Braley did a thorough enough exam, but he kept ignoring the comments my mother was making about the need for stronger glasses or options to be able to read better. Finally, I piped up and asked what options does she have for improving her vision for reading. He suggested a referral to an eye clinic at UAMS in Little Rock. My biggest complaint about the office is that in the middle of the Covid-19 virus going on, there was not one bottle of hand sanitizer anywhere, the assistants weren't properly masked and I didn't see any evidence that the equipment was sanitized prior to my mom's exam.

My son was visiting from Texas and got a horrible eye infection. It was Friday before a holiday. Everyone else was closed. Not only were they open, they got him in within 2 hours. Then the Dr came in on Saturday (July 4th) to be sure the medicine was working. And he was seen again a 3rd time the following week to be sure it was almost all healed. He may have saved my son's eye. He was very caring and we couldn't ask for any better.

While vacationing at Hot Springs Village I developed a tear in my retina. I visited with Dr. Braley first to confirm that I had the condition. Dr. Braley referred me to the Baptist Eye Center in Little Rock and was able to secure my appointment within 24 hours.I was very happy with Dr. Brawley and his staff. He handled a stressful situation with calm and professionalism. I would highly recommend Dr. Braley.

I had a bad experience about over ten years ago when the doctor related my eye problems to my overweight... I'm 5ft tall. Back then, I was 145 lbs and he just told me to get some walk and lose some weight. I changed doctor and was doing great...due to insurance issues I ended up with him again... I never had problems with my prescription glasses before but I could never get my glasses right with the prescription they gave me... I even went to get a second prescription and I can't still see anything thru those glasses... I can't use them at all... I have been using bifocals for several years by now...the nurse made me feel like an idiot and told me I had to learn how to use my bifocals... I'm done with those people...

I never got to my appointment because TWO HOURS BEFORE I was to be seen, I was called and told they do not accept my insurance. I made this appointment OVER ONE MONTH AGO. The young incompetent girl that set up mine and my husband's appt took approx 30 to do so. She had to ask 3 or 4 times how to spell our last name and first only set my husband up for an appt after I said "I need to make appts for both me and my husband". I don't recommend this place and I'm glad I found this out now before I entrusted them with my eyes!
