I had an excellent experience at Eye Exam Inc in Hot Springs. Ronni and Summer were stellar examples of customer service: friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. Dr. McDonnell was just as impressive and went above and beyond. He actually walked over to the optical shop to speak directly with the technician about the placement of my progressive transitions, just to make sure my glasses would be perfect. That kind of extra care is rare, and it really stood out. Highly recommend.
