Don't bother going here or bringing your family or friends here if they need assistance transferring. The staff will have you waiting for 30 minutes to an hour before saying anything about that. When they clearly see the patientbrought inside in a wheelchair. The staff here will blame it on a state law. When in fact it is AGAINST the state law to deny a person just because they need help transferring from one place to another. Look up the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act). Place is horrible! Just awful!!

I was here today and I was so happy that my insurance paid for it completely. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The prices are affordable and upfront. There was not one time where I wasn't sure of the prices. The eye doctor will tell you the price. For example, the exam for contacts is extra and she will tell you the price immediately. Insurance won't cover that exam. Also, they were so helpful to me to get the exact prescription for the office next door where they sell the glasses and contacts, or for my online glasses company. Yes, that's right, they helped me to get a precise prescription for my online glasses company. They were so helpful for that. During the exam, the doctor was very patient. I needed an accurate diagnosis because I planned to order online. She was happy to help. Additionally, I didn't have to wait long at all. I was early but they could fit me in. The office is comfortable so that you can sit and enjoy apps on your phone or tablet in the event that you arrive too early.

An absolute 5 star experience, from the front desk (at both offices) to all the technicians, the surgical staff for cataracts, to Dr Carnie for post op, and Dr Jeff Holt for all aspects of pre op/post op. They did an outstanding job of calming my nerves (you only have one pair of eyes) and explaining all steps of the LAL lenses that I am so glad to say I selected for my surgery. Had worn glasses and/or contacts since I was 12 years old...I'm 70 now, and can honestly say I have not seen this well in years! And I do not have to wear glasses any longer, can read without cheaters, and have better distance vision than with glasses. You have to invest your time and patience to make it happen, but it was all worth it! Thanking the Lord for His many blessings upon me, and "THANK YOU HOLT EYE CLINIC"!

Dr. Graham is the best, very thorough, love him! However, be aware that extra tests may not be covered under your annual eye exam, ask first, they won't ask you. We both had to pay extra for pictures taken of the back of our eyes. The glasses shop next door is horrible! We've been using them for years now with no problems, but recently one lady in particular will rush you through, speak abruptly as if she'd rather be anywhere else. Both of our glasses were wrong and we're having to get them redone, mostly because this one lady didn't stop and listen and take eye measurements the first time around. To be fair, I did get a call back from another lady who was very nice though.

Wasted 6 months waiting for an appointment. Then wasted 70 on the prescription. Then they lie and say theres medical questions. Its not medical questions its do you have the money call. Wouldn't give me a prescription for glasses cant afford the surgery

If you can get an appointment that's not 6 months out for an issue needing help sooner, if they keep your appointment that they scheduled with you from a post mailed reminder (rather than it disappearing from their system), if you can persevere through rude and apathetic front desk people (several, on several occasions in both offices) , get past the wait times, and get to the drs or the glasses/contacts people then they are great. Although I have been a patient for a few years, I can not currently get past all the hoops and am changing offices.

First of all irrelevant but I love the decor here and the atmosphere. I love how clean, friendly and responsive the environment is. The staff is polite and punctual. The ophthalmologist I saw was wonderful. I prefer women doctors so I was very impressed with how kind, informative and easy mine was to work with here. I highly recommend this clinic for your eye health.
